Wow, this team of employees were GREAT! We had concerns with our luggage weight and which boxes we needed to ship. Long story short they made sure we were taken care of prior to leaving for our flight. Great staff, and very clean store btw!

Needless to say Andy was so kind and patient with my Amazon returns. He was one of the nicest retail associates I've meant, he made my day easier, thanks Andy!

The services I get at this UPS Store is amazing. Bryan is very helpful, kind, professional to work with. I come here at least once or twice a week for shipping my items for my customers. The prices very reasonable and I do understand occasionally the prices are higher than normal for how fuel prices, weight of items or how large. This past 4/4/22 was a good explain since one of my items was over 75lbs and cost over 500 but I understand it was large and expensive piece of item. I would recommend this UPS store to anyone I know.

I went in with a package and a prepared UPS label, one I use regularly at the Cottonwood location with zero problems. Neither employee knew how to process the label and told me to take it to Cottonwood. I took it to Cottonwood without changing anything and the employee there had it entered and a drop off receipt within one minute...zero problems. Get it together Sedona...I shouldn't have had to drive to Cottonwood when I was already in Sedona.

I wish I could give 0 stars for the customer service (or lack thereof) I received from the manager Brian. My employer directed me to go to this location for a fingerprint screening. It stated on fingerprint screening scheduling website that there were no appointments taken, but to walk in and it could be completed on the spot. I arrived just as the store opened and was greeted by one of the associates who seemed pretty friendly. I provided the associate the form my business gave me to hand for the fingerprint screening. He asked if I had scheduled an appointment with some other company, but I said no. I was advised to arrive during store hours and it could be done. The associate walked me to the fingerprint machine and noticed that it wasn't turned on. Brian the manager followed and also noticed the machine wasn't turned on and couldn't seem to figure out why it wasn't working. They both searched to see if the machine was plugged in and between the two of them were at a loss of its malfunction. Brian then proceeded to tell me that I needed to reach back out to my employer to resolve the matter. I had informed him that it's not that easy. I work remotely and they paid for this service to be completed here. I then was going to request to speak to the manager when I glimpsed down at Brian's name tag and noticed he was the manager and said, "Well, that's frightening". Brian then promptly refused any attempt to service my issue at that point and requested that I leave without providing me any alternative options to address the machines malfunction. I don't know, maybe the following could have been considered. 1. Provide another time/date for me to return when the machine was functioning properly. 2. Offer to contact another store for me to resume my fingerprint screening. 3. Maybe, just maybe not escort me out of the store like some vagrant who had no business being there. When clearly I did. I understand we live in a current era where employees are scarce and can treat customers just about however they want, but maybe if I express my experience with Brian and Store 1550 maybe someone may take notice and hold them to account.
