They had an entire end cap saying CLEARANCE 75% off… but they would not honor that on anything on the endcap and the clerk was very rude about it. Didn’t even attempt to make things right. Bathrooms closed for “major plumbing issues” probably meaning they don’t want to clean them. Skip this CVS. Highly disappointed.

The front counters get very crowded with the way the displays are setup in front of the registers. They should have more self checkout available.

The recorded announcement doesn’t say that this location is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I waited on hold for a long time and kept calling back. I just noticed the Google listing says closed, but the automated recording needs to be updated!

I like CVS in general. I expect a wait for medications and certain items. But, this location was just so slow getting out tests. Took over 45 minutes in line in drive thru.

This review is about the CVS website's failure to correctly schedule my vaccine booster shot. Three different times, twice in Sedona and once in Phoenix, I went through all the steps to schedule a Moderna shot, only to have my appointment confirmed for a Pfizer shot. I selected Moderna whenever asked, yet the website kept giving me an appointment for Pfizer. No alert, no warning that it changed the vaccine, nothing. If I had missed this detail, which was in regular text on a screen with lots of other information, I would have gone in for the incorrect booster shot. I called the store to be told that they didn't have Moderna shots. I wasted over an hour during the three attempts, only to come up empty handed. I give my business to organizations who do a better job with health related matters.

Prescriptions take 3+ hours to be filled and staff seem to be busy on phones playing games vs doing their job. Recommend taking business elsewhere. Very frustrating and agree with other reviews about rude staff. Called multiple times to be told if you want your prescription you need to wait to wait till we want to fill it or go without your prescription. Wow. Staff also attempted to assault my wife when she was crying after 4 hours to be told sorry we don't have one of your needed prescriptions and go somewhere else. Staff are unethical and act entitled that you need them for life saving medicine.

Came here from out of town (like many people I’m sure) and needed an emergency prescription filled for my wife. They went the extra mile to have her insurance ran so that we could have $57 taken off of her bill even though they had never seen her out of town insurance before. Definitely happy and felt I was a priority. I have gone to other CVS locations that would just tell me to pay the full price because “they couldn’t figure out how to run the insurance”.

I love this CVS. It’s the only pharmacy I use and they are always helpful. The store is newer than most CVS’s and nice layout. I am glad it’s here in Sedona! (And there’s is even an incredible view of the red rocks from parking lot LOL)

Where do I even begin? Was in dire need of a medication and the other pharmacy was out, this pharmacy was incredibly helpful with making sure we got it before the weekend. They Did a whole bunch of extra footwork with the other pharmacy and they were incredibly helpful and courteous. The pharmacist Kyle is truly a professional and went way above and beyond anything I’ve experienced at any pharmacy ever. I literally cannot say enough about them.
