The worst experience possible. Immediately after hooking up the old trailer to my new truck we drove 8 miles and all the lights on my dash starting coming on trailer brake, brake, and stabilitrack lights. Took the trailer right back and the location was closed. Called U-Haul and was told it must be issues with the new truck not the trailer. Took the truck and trailer directly to the closest dealership for a diagnostic and was told they couldn't clear the lights or codes as the trailer was the issue. U-Haul stated they would charge to have someone come to the location for further inspection. Do not recommend using this location for any of you4 moving needs. U-Haul refused to reimburse us and charged us for not using the trailer. Totally unacceptable!!
