I got finger printed for my teaching credential at this location and those fingerprints have been rejected now twice. AND THIS STORE KEEPS MAKING MY PAY $80 TO GET THEM REDONE. Even though redoing fingerprinting is supposed to be free. ~Erin

After a terrible experience at another Victra retailer I visited this store and had a really great professional service person who helped me with my phoneproblem quickly and professionally. Then sold me what I needed. My new go to for Verizon services. Really a good store. They care about customer service. ~Carol

This bank is just getting worse by minute.Before when it was BBVA, there were friendly and helpful people working there, but now, I don't even want to go there.  I moved all my accounts to Chase and only kept my business account there which very soon I will close that one too.  Yesterday I went by the drive through and asked for five temporary checks.  After waiting for about ten minutes, she came to the window and said they were out of paper and had only two left.  This shows how terrible this bank is being run, when they don't even do the inventory check to make sure they have everything the customer needs. On top of that I just checked my account and she has charged me $4.50 for the two temporary checks she printed for me.  In the past with BBVA, I have never been charged for temporary checks and most importantly, she did not even mention the charge.  If she would have told me that she was going to charge me $4.50 for two temporary checks, I would not have asked for it.  I cannot wait to close the business account and forget about this bank forever. ~Ophelia

I have ordered a storage basket online and got a smaller size one, while I paid for larger one. Called the customer care and they stated to drop off a nearest location. While I came to drop off at this location the staff Enrique and the Store manager were really rude and weren’t not accepting the item the they shipped with return receipt and list of items printed in the box. Had to call customer care and had to drop off finally at FedEx as their own staff is rude to one other. Hope they change the staff and store manager. ~Tarun

I have lived in San Jose for 18 years and I like to buy my fruits and vegetables in different places every 3 or 4 days so that they are always fresh. As we live 8 minutes from Pruneyard we go to have coffee many times a week and I take the opportunity to do my shopping in Trader Joe's. Before entering there is a good selection of plants and flowers, I have several succulents from there for my collection. The attention is careful, the few times I need help I quickly found someone to guide me. I love the tropical vibe of their shirts and I always buy something else because their prices and quality are very good. I've lived in Silicon Valley for 18 years, on weekends we usually go to different areas of the bay. Campbell is one of my favorites, because we live close by and there are so many options to eat. After drinking coffee in a corner we always enter this store to look and maybe take something new to my house. The staff is very friendly and in the place there is everything, candles, cushions, decoration items, clothes, baby clothes, books, kitchen accessories, glasses, gloves, hair accessories, wallets and leather bags, perfumes, soaps, masks. , lotions and gift cards. Walking through its corridors you lose track of time. I highly recommend this store for a fun moment. ~Montana

There were many pluses to choosing TechCare in Campbell...he was able to get me in very quickly, he saw the problem and gave me the solution, he was able to give me an idea of the cost and came in under the quote, he was quick and I had my computer back in days. He transferred all my data to my new hard drive and then gave me instructions on what I would need to do once I hooked it back up. As an older, not tech savvy person, that part was important to me. I have been going here for years and plan to continue taking my vehicle to this local business. Lauren is a dream to work with and the rest of the staff is courteous and helpful. I always get a phone call to update me on the progress of the appointment and I absolutely love the report telling me each and every item that was taken care in the process. The email reminders are appreciated to let me know when my vehicle will need maintenance.
