If I could give negative stars I would. I really did try to make this my new toy go to Dealership for my Toyota(s) repairs. Close to home and convenient.
I went 2 previous times with appointments and each of them were bad experiences with time.
The 1st time I took my Corolla for an airbag recall with an appointment. This was a 5hr wait.
The 2nd time I scheduled a time for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told they were unable to get to it due to being short on staff. I would have been more understanding if I was notified ahead of time. I rescheduled for them following week.
I went back then the following week, with an appointment. I was told it would be at least 3 hrs before they could get to it. After explaining to the gentleman how I was trying to make their dealership my to go to place, he told me there was nothing he could do even with an appointment.
I asked them to retrieve my car and I would go elsewhere and how disappointed I was with them.
When the young kid brought my car back (it took a while) I left for home. Less than 1 mile away. Later that day I went to get some dinner and noticed my RH front bumper had been hit. Reason for taking time to bring back to me.
I know if I had gone back on Monday morning, I had no evidence it was done that Saturday. My word against theirs.
For those who go make sure to inspect your car before you leave. Do a walk around.
I will continue to use Ontario Auto Center Toyota as my choice. Never had an issue with them. ~Ron
