Total rip off. Striped the oil pan threads after an oil change. They did not mention it, but I was charged $14.00 for a new drain plug as part of the oil change. Total was $80.00 with a $10.00 coupon. Noticed oil leaking the next day from the drain plug. I checked it, but it just spun in both directions by hand. Being held in with a white nylon washer.  They took before photos, no oil dripping off drain plug. But claimed it was already stripped.  They did a 100 point inspection or whatever. I have it in writing. With over $1000.00 in recommended repairs. With no mention of having a stripped drain plug. Went back and was charged $350.00 for a new oil pan. Was discounted to 1 hr labor. Left grease footprints on the new floor mats. And the driver's door window. They did apologize for that. Thanks. Avoid at all cost. They should be investigated. Total cost $430 for a routine oil change. They are very professional. And make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Don't fall for it. You have been warned. Service: Oil change ~Mo

Worst customer service ever and bad attitude. I wanted to wire some funds but they only have one banker on stuff and he is busy with whatever he is doing, you cannot make an appointment since they never answer the phone, and if you have a customer in front of you, forget it! you can wait there for a long time. So the teller instead of trying to help me, he told me to start driving around to other branches until I find a branch that can help me. Great service! I used to like this bank but no longer. ~Avi

Came to get full stereo system done on my 1985 Supra, found out they also do security systems. Ended up buying the recommended sound head unit, speakers, and subwoofer with low frequency protection capacitors. Installed them myself and they sound great. The installation of the security system was quick. No issues with the it or the sound system for the past two months. I can feel safer parking my car around town now. The owner Frank is a great guy, very helpful and experienced, and easy to talk to. Minor damage done to a part of the car was reimbursed. ~Nutorious

I have used PC repair center for the last 4 years. They have been professional, advised me appropriately and are exceedingly cost conscious, aware that it may just be better to buy a new computer versus fix a device that has costly parts. Highly recommended. ~Ash

Nice location, one level only, kinda small for me cuz I like it when they have 2 levels. Literally its my hobbie to go to barnes & noble to look at books, so I simply love the store. Just not this location specially cuz my book brain wants more 😅 ~Agatha

Thank you to Warner's for doing my catback system, air intake, and recently getting my aftermarket downpipe swapped back to stock. They do good work but they are busy! I always end up waiting an hour or 2 just to get in. But it is well worth the wait. The owner and his wife are very nice and the tech David was very helpful and friendly describing what was wrong and what they needed to fix. They are also very reasonable with their prices. I will be coming back for exhaust work if need be. They can't exactly tell you what is legal or not legal for your exact vehicle (you're on your own) but they are more than happy to help you find what you need, at a reasonable price. Bought my car battery here. Installed it myself but couldn't get the screws tight enough, so I drove in, and they tightened it all in seconds. Staff is friendly and helpful not only showing me where things were but going to grab them for me, and carried things to my car, and retrieved the old battery from my car as well. They also asked me to call with any questions while installing the battery after giving me the instructions. ~Anne
