The attendant, named Mohammad, is by far the rudest attendant I’ve ever encountered. I bought a car wash, and when I entered the code, it didn’t work. So I went back in and told him it didn’t work. He then tried to make me feel dumb by pointing out where the code was. After I told I knew what the code was, I made him print out another code. When I put in that code, it said that the car wash was out of service. So, I went back in and told him that. He then told me that he already knew that it was out of service and that it had been for weeks. I’m just appalled that he would even sell me a car wash after knowing it was out of service. ~Nathan

More frequently than not, I will pull up to deposit a check via the drive-through window, and there is a car waiting in front of me but no one ever helps them and they sit forever. I waited 10 minutes once and nothing happened. I’m almost convinced this person was sitting there and didn’t press the button. Either way, now I have to wait until next week to deposit my check because this location has limited hours and they werent in any hurry to help. ~Caroline

This specific bank and manager Maria are useless. I have never had such a poor experience with a bank. Today I closed my accounts after being a customer for 11 years. Steer clear of BoA and this specific bank. Believe the bad reviews and bank literally anywhere else. after the took money from one account and put it in the other with permission and refused to correct, Maria told me “hopefully everything works out” in a condescending way. After explaining that if the didn’t I couldn’t pay rent. What a spiteful individual. So I let her know it’s her fault and said “F”this place and left. So I was called by the person above the branch manager and I said I would remove this review but after thinking about it more, I decided that since he literally did nothing I wil do nothing. I am so happy I closed all my lines of business with you after over a decade. ~Jamie

Very frustrating when website says this location is open until 7:00. When actually you can talk to a person through the ATM with very limited resources!!! Very disappointing!!! Change your hours on your website so people don’t go out of their way when you are obviously NOT OPEN!!! ~Paul

We have banked here for many years, and in that time, every one of my in person transactions have been excellent. This included 3 separate visits when I was trying to figure out how to use the Zelle app. They were incredible patient and pleasant with me. A cheerful, competent group. ~Susan

This Naperville location has some of the most ignorant and incompetent people I have ever worked with in my life. I am switching my car loan to a different bank and closing off my accounts immediately. The workers can not read or interpret a ledger but somehow they are able to work at a bank. I was told that since Drew withdrew money from my account without authorization he's not wrong and I am. Do yourself a favor a bank with a credit union somewhere else, you will regret banking here and constantly your money will moved around and taken. ~Danielle

The staff in the branch are very friendly. The banker Brian is really professional and kind, he explained all the details to us and very patient！Nice to meet him！ ~Chris

The pharmacy staff are fantastic! There is a consistent and steady pace for going through the drive thru. The pick up process is efficient and staff are very helpful. The pharmacy gives accurate wait times for same day fill of a prescription. ~Lauren

Dr. Laurel and her staff are so wonderful! My little kitty Lucifer felt right at home at County Line Animal Hospital. Everyone was so kind and I left feeling educated on how to best care for our kitty! We are looking forward to our future visits here! ~Sam
