First time ever having Chicago deep dish pizza and I was super impressed! I got “well done” crust, which as flaky and crispy. I loved the “gooey” crust that we had at the table even more. Just softer and chewy. Not undercooked like the term gooey would imply. We also go the sampler appetizer and they might have been the best mozzarella sticks I’ve ever had! ~Matthew

This store was amazing, they will perform a 3d scan of you feet to find the right size and fit and record how your feet move while running so your shoes will support how you naturally run. Benjamin was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly communicated information. I now own the most comfortable shoes in my entire life. ~Hoagie

This bp. location has consistently been gouging gas prices for weeks. FYI, this has nothing to do with supply and if it did, every surrounding gas station within a 50 mile radius would have similar prices. Doesn’t matter if it goes up or down, this station always has higher prices. Not 5 cents but between 15 to 20. ~Isa

I exchanged a propane tank. The new tank has a defective valve. I just tried to get a new tank and the guy working there literally could care less. I have been going to this gas station every week for 10 years and just filled my truck today with mulch. Terrible. He didn’t even try anything to help. Said I could talk to the boss but didn’t k kw when the boss would be back. ~James

Too bad there isn’t zero stars or they would have received that rating. They charged me $49 to pack (not including shipping) two boxes containing expensive and heavy Corvette brake calipers. They did not put any packing or padding between the caliper pairs and they were completely banged up when they arrived at the destination. Both boxes were like this. You should absolutely avoid this place. Extremely incompetent. They had one job and completely messed it up. Shameful… ~Len

Rude sales associates assume you know the procedures for their rewards program, then get patronizing when you explain that nothing was explained by the previous associate. Never any apology on behalf of the company that this wasn't previously explained. FYI: Rewards program requires you to download their app or print coupons from online. Basically they require you to waste your resources so they can harass you with advertising. No other store that I redeem rewards has this requirement and I can redeem rewards simply by entering my phone number in the card machine. But not here. ~M

This branch does not have customer service attitude at all, Recently visited this branch , no one was there still refused to serve without an appointment , Drove to 896 Illinois Rt 59, Aurora, IL 60504 branch who helped despite they were busy with other customers. I completely understand the appointment based service principle but not sure if it applies wen they are not busy, ~Dp

Moved here from Texas and was sad to leave my lady of 4 years. BUT, thankfully I found Jessica. I bite my nails bad but this was one of the cleanest/thinnest sets I’ve gotten. Attention to detail & continually making sure I liked the shape/color/thickness. 10/10 shorter cross between oval and almond in the natural powder. Services: Pedicure, Acrylic nails ~Haleigh
