I had been struggling for years to find a reliable, trustworthy mechanic that didn't talk down to me or overcharge me for work I didn't need. I stumbled across Brausen by chance, and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that they have earned my business for life. I brought my Mercedes in there with a phantom engine noise and oil leak. They went above and beyond to address the issue and the fix/clean up the other issues it was leading to. They closely explained and showed me what they did and didn't hesitate to be upfront and honest throughout the whole ordeal. Can't thank them enough. They are now my mechanic. This is a review for the retail store: Michelle is AMAZING. I came in earlier to pick up an online order and she was just so nice and helpful. She actually made my day. I have had some previous poor experiences with the pharmacy which I understand are not completely the fault of Walgreens (instead, the distributor). Michelle and the other staff I have encountered here make up for these. Anyone would be lucky to shop in this store and have the pleasure of interacting with Michelle. ~Andrew

Small and convenient location, but I would Never buy their meats. There is always bad or grey meat that they try to mark as "price cut". I went recently and they try to sell freezer burn shrimp. ~Valerie

We haven't been here in a long time! Happy to be back! Service was excellent. Nancy was really busy but checked in with us often. She paced the meal well. The food was excellent! Steak was really tender and done to perfection! The sauce with the steak was delicious! Didn't feel rushed. ~Sue

Nancy has failed us relentlessly......As a high risk pregnant mama and a first time home buyer I would not recommend Nancy at this location at all. She added an excessive amount of stress to our plate and she failed to mention the down payment assistance program, among half of the other stuff that we are eligible for. Never mind the lack in thoroughly explaining anything and the lack of maintaining communication. I actually had to call on behalf of my S/O to explain what in the world a time frame meant to her, compared to an actual set hour to call back at......... not at all happy, still have no idea how to get our first home for our soon to be preemie baby. Worst customer service imaginable. I went in for a tux rental for a friend’s wedding and when I was fit they just had me try on a bunch of stuff and asked what I wanted as if I am the expert in what a tux should fit and look like. When I went to pick it up the week of the wedding I tried it on and the arms were 3 inches short, and the pants were 2 inches above my ankles. They got the parts replaced, but when I got home one of the cuff links were broken (luckily we weren’t wearing them I later found out). When I returned the suit 5 days later I was changed with an $80 late fee because unbeknownst to me, you are supposed to return it the day after the wedding. I found out when I returned it that “it says on the receipt tag that came with the bag” as if people normally read fine print on a receipt. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend. Go to a local tailor, order from an online shop, don’t rent from Men’s Wearhouse. ~Michael

The location was extremely busy when I arrived today, so my time spent there was longer than I planned for. Vehicles were getting more services than oil changes today, so that was out of everyone's control. However, each interaction I had with staff was polite and appropriate for my vehicle's needs. I appreciated having such a positive experience. Would definitely return to this location, thanks! ~Emily
