Awful service, showed up at 12:30 on a Saturday and was told to hurry up and order cause they close at 1 pm. The server threw the menus on our table and left. They were not even full and had 4 other tables free, but it was an embarrassing time for me as I was bringing my fiancé there for their first time. Would not recommend it anymore , it has lost the home town feeling and turned into an obligation for anyone who doesn’t personally know the staff. ~Garrett

All of the techs are professional and friendly. Dr. Frost, the pharmacist on site, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers and patients. She was able to pin down the cause of a serious symptom of mine that my doctor did not ever think to look into for me. Overall, the pharmacy is a great example of how small businesses should be ran and how healthcare can be personal & a pleasant experience. ~Autumn

Prices are the lowest I have found anywhere in the whole area ! That’s without any discounts or using an type of insurance. They beat the CDYES pharmacy by $40.I will drive past 20 other pharmacies for 25 mins for the money I save! ~Jason

We shop at Food City and moved our prescriptions to their pharmacy. I use the GoodRX card as I only take cholesterol medicine and they had the lowest price. Very friendly and helpful people. ~Ski

not sure why it was so hard to get my vaccine today; rescheduled my appointment (online) to this CVS due to it being closer. didnt think it was going to be an issue. came in early because i didnt know if my appointment had been confirmed because i received several notifications saying it was cancelled.. instead of someone coming up to help me i was shouted at from across the room and asked all my personal info for everyone to hear?! they didnt bother to try to help me at all and acted like i was inconveniencing them. they also give your shot to you in a chair out in the open for people to watch.. 0 customer privacy. both employees had an attitude for whatever reason. i was just trying to get my second dose which shouldve been a quick and easy thing. and based on these other reviews, its a common issue. do better. ~Mabry

The website shows it is open at 8 am. I came to the store around 8 am but it is not open. Waited till 8:45 am, and it is still not open. I asked one person there and was told the pharmacists were doing continuing education and would not return till 9:15! Can you post the updates online? Can you make some rotations? All the pharmacists had to do it at the same time?? Poorly managed! ~Xueping
