Understanding that pharmacies are busy, the fact that a customer can stand at the prescription drop off window for several minutes and have workers look at them and never be acknowledged with a simple “be right with you” is unacceptable.

The website shows it is open at 8 am. I came to the store around 8 am but it is not open. Waited till 8:45 am, and it is still not open. I asked one person there and was told the pharmacists were doing continuing education and would not return till 9:15! Can you post the updates online? Can you make some rotations? All the pharmacists had to do it at the same time?? Poorly managed!

The staff here is the RUDEST!! Specifically one staff member - Shaay. Horrible they allow their staff to treat customers so poorly. I'll never be back to this location.

I went to get a prescription filled for a common medication at Farragut Kroger Pharmacy today. The employee that took care of me said we weren’t able to get our prescriptions filled there under our insurance, which isn’t true.( We have had prescriptions filled there recently). Rather than try to get it figured out, she said, “ I think they just want you to get your prescriptions at CVS”. I’m not even kidding. I said “yes ma’am I agree with them”. And I will not be going back.

I am very please with this pharmacy. I have a Kroger prescription savings plan for my older dog because of multiple health issues and it is well worth it to drive further to get her prescriptions filled here. Everyone I’ve encountered in the past few years has been friendly and accommodating so I’ve been very happy with my experience here.

Most of the time, it is great. But the most recent encounter during the pickup was horrible. The pharmacist is very rude and not knowledgable. (She refused to honor Kroger's Rx Saving Club card with GoodRx and insisted it is not a Kroger program but a GoodRx program. The card clearly shows it is a Kroger Rx Saving program.)

Synchronized prescriptions are never filled at the same time as they're supposed to be. Service is slow, and have been left waiting at the window for no reason.

I cant believe how slow this pharmacy drive thru is!!! It is faster to walk in than the drive thru. Be prepared to sit for 10 plus minutes even if there is only one car in front of you. It shouldn't take 15 minutes per car. A drive thru is suppose to be quick service but not here. I say good luck to anyone who risks it.

The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. The text/phone system doesn’t always work properly, but that appears to be a computer software issues and not the staff’s fault. They always work with me to get the cheapest prices with my insurance and any available coupons. The drive through is a convenient feature.

The staff are great. Always have been friendly , helpful. And Kroger pharmacy accepts GOOD R,X DISCOUNT DRUG CARD , many of the medications I buy from Kroger when using the GOOD RD card cost me less than using my health insurance .also the obnoxious bleached blonde ,middle aged women who worked at Kroger pharmacy is ,GONE .FIRED . THANK YOU FOR SHOWING HER THE DOOR . With her out , its much better
