All of the techs are professional and friendly. Dr. Frost, the pharmacist on site, is knowledgeable, compassionate, and willing to go the extra mile for her customers and patients. She was able to pin down the cause of a serious symptom of mine that my doctor did not ever think to look into for me. Overall, the pharmacy is a great example of how small businesses should be ran and how healthcare can be personal & a pleasant experience.

My wife was referred to this pharmacy following a covid diagnosis. So as not to go into health specifics, we followed the required processes as defined by their website and we even went above and beyond to call the pharmacy to make sure we provided everything that was needed and told yes. We were advised that someone would follow up and we never heard anything. My wife contacted the pharmacy prior to closing, she was advised that "everything they needed was there", "just be here for your appointment at 9 am" - She showed up for her appointment, and the staff acted as if they did not know who she was, and also telling her they needed "copies of insurance cards and they would have to call and verify insurance coverage" which we were advised the night before was already done, "just show up for your 9 am appointment" - she was advised to just wait in the car and they would get with her "as soon as they could" - REALLY, with covid, just wait in the car?? approximately 40 min later she received a TEXT not even a phone call, to advise her of what her "portion' would be, the inconvenience that this pharmacy caused with the ineptitude exhibited with the handling of this referral prompted us to find another provider and NEVER use this pharmacy again. Called and spoke with a gentleman who was very polite regarding the situation, but the bad part about all of the things he said - WAS ALL THE USUAL LIP SERVICE - "we are sorry for your poor experience" ... Oh and by the way, to continue the poor communication, no one bothered to tell her that the service she was being provided was actually going to be administered over an hour, WHILE SHE SITS IN HER CAR and to anticipate being nauseated and sick... And by the way, the canned "hero speech" response by the owner has nothing to do with the inconvenience or lack of communication that we dealt with. Our situation HAD ZERO to do with patience, all had to do with lack of communication and accountability. The reality of my statement is for this pharmacy to research and find out "where the failure in their process is" and be accountable for that failure, not climb on a soapbox.

My husband and I visited here because we thought they could help us find the products we were searching for to stay immune to Covid on a daily basis. It was the first time we had been in this store.. There were 3 employees behind the counter. There were no other customers in the store. As soon as my husband started mentioning several of the drugs, the pharmacists became rude to us. We weren't asking for their opinion, just help in finding them. The female pharmacists then pointed us toward the masks instead. (There were no signs on the door that said we were required to wear masks.) That spoke volumes about their attitude toward us so we just quietly left. Also, none of their products in the store had prices on them. We were very disappointed with our visit and won't be going back.

I did not love my experience at all. I love the fact this is a local the fact this is a local pharmacy and my initial experience was great. However upon picking up my medications I felt the staff was a bit condescending. This was unfortunate because I had high hopes after leaving a large retail chain.

The staff at Volunteer Pharmacy were outstanding; friendly, efficient, accurate, and dedicated to following the state guidelines. They were also very accommodating given my wife’s at-risk condition (lung cancer). For the second shot, the pharmacy was crowded because it was raining. They had us go to the car to wait our turn, then ran out in the rain to give the shot through the car window. We appreciate them so much.

Volunteer Pharmacy is the best, hands down. Scheduling my vaccine appointment was super easy, they got me in and out and still explained everything thoroughly, and they were so helpful when I called. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could!

They are doing a fantastic job with the covid vaccines. This was the closest place I could find to get my 81 year old mother her first vaccine without driving out of the county. This place was very efficient, the staff is more than accommodating to the needs of those that were there for just the vaccine. There should be more home town pharmacies like this one.

Wonderful experience getting my COVID-19 vaccine! Everyone involved was helpful, fast, and kind. Clean pharmacy with socially distanced measures in place. Cannot recommend enough!

I moved here from out of town a year ago and have been using volunteer pharmacy ever since. They make each interaction personable and are always extremely helpful and efficient. I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend volunteer pharmacy to anyone.

Update- they worked me in as suggested they would in comments …….. The reviews I have read about the covid vaccines are misleading. Yes they are doing a great job getting vaccines in peoples arms, but they do not schedule you for your second dose. This has left me searching for somewhere to get my second dose. (Volunteer is full). It is very stressful because everyone I have called says the pharmacy should have schedule before I left or they don’t use the same type of vaccine.
