Worse pharmacy every. They never pick the phone up when you call and are always rude over the phone and in person. After 27 years of being a customer im switching to Walgreens because of this store.

Drove to this CVS for a flu shot. Was told they were going to lunch in 5 minutes and I would need to come back another time. Went to Walgreens instead.

Called pharmacy at 9am to get my headache meds filled, a female technician (I assume) told me that my meds will be ready at 12:30. I asked if I can get it sooner (due to excruciating headache and work schedule).. Her responce was "I will try, but we are very busy right now". I went straight to the pharmacy.. They had only one customer in the entire CVS! A female technician was again the one greeting me.. And she asked if I just called about my meds. I said yes.. She told me with an attitude that she will get it when she can.. and just kept doing her things.. The phone rang off the hook while I was there.. Nobody seems to care to answer for about 10 minutes. A a female technician was talking very loudly, telling jokes, her personal stories, and just had overall disrespectful attitude toward customers.. taking her sweet time talking instead of assisting people... Guys in another hand were great.. Respectful, humble, and ready to assist. A male tech was the one who gave me my meds.

I got a prescription filled here this past weekend for the first time. The pharmacist was very nice and professional. I didn't get his name but he was a white older male and very tall. He was extremely kind and helpful. Great customer service.

My husband and I made appointments for the drive thru COVID testing. The pharmacy tech, Alisa, helped us and made the whole thing so easy. She was very friendly and walked us through it step by step and truly made the process as painless as possible.

Always very fast and friendly! Always alert me of possible interaction of other medications and advise me of best time to take & side effects to expect, if any. They give the feeling of an old fashioned caring neighborhood pharmacy!!! I am grateful for such an attentive caring pharmacy!

Wedsnesday 7.1.2015 My elderly 78 year mother had a very bad experience when her pain medication prescription was filled with a different drug company's version of it, and she was not told or given a choice to change. Once I took her to get it filled, we left the store, and she got it home before realizing it was different. She called the pharmacy back of course. She was told that it was what they had been given, I guess, when they ordered. She developed a horrible headache and dizziness after trying to take what they told her was the same pain medicine, it just looked different. We ended up having to take my Mom back to the Dr. to get a new prescription written. I took her back to CVS to get this one filled with the medication they had previously been giving her. To our surprise the only way we could get it was for me to charge it on my credit card. She did not have 81.00 to given them to get this medicine. The pharmacy said the insurance would not pay for a 2nd prescription within the same 30 days. They, of course explained that they could not take the medicine back and give her the right one. This was by NO Fault of my Moms, yet we ended up, being inconvenienced, and out of pocket 80.99 for a choice made by CVS. They were compensated for their mistake/choice twice, by the insurance company, and again when we had to pay out of pocket for a 2nd one. My mother's headaches and dizziness have gone away, but I am not happy that they put her through all this. It took place over 5 days beginning Saturday 6.27.15 and ending on Wedsnesday 7.1.2015 when I purchased the medication for my Mother. She is elderly, I work, and she doesn't drive. I feel they should have made this right for her. Especially since they did not give her choice to change what she had been getting/taking. I was there. I took her to pick it up. I would have remembered if they had asked her about changing her to something else and gave her the reason for doing it.
