We shop at Food City and moved our prescriptions to their pharmacy. I use the GoodRX card as I only take cholesterol medicine and they had the lowest price. Very friendly and helpful people.

I just wanted to recognize a pharmacist Darlene Toney, for going above and beyond to assist me. I had a negative encounter with a customer who harrassed me verbally and physically by brushing his shoulder to me because I wasn't wearing a mask. I took my groceries to check out because I was so upset I was having difficulty speak because of my stroke. When I came into the store they said they were out of masks. While sitting outside I called in to my Pharmacist, Darlene, and told her i was going to come by to speak with her but left because of what happened. She was so helpful in listening to me and said she would bring me a mask outside where I was waiting on my ride to pick me up. She brought me a mask and talked with me and apologized for what I had gone through. And bless her heart, she stayed there until my ride arrived. I just wanted to make sure she was recognized for going above and beyond to help this longtime and continued customer.
