Awful service, showed up at 12:30 on a Saturday and was told to hurry up and order cause they close at 1 pm. The server threw the menus on our table and left. They were not even full and had 4 other tables free, but it was an embarrassing time for me as I was bringing my fiancé there for their first time. Would not recommend it anymore , it has lost the home town feeling and turned into an obligation for anyone who doesn’t personally know the staff.

Prices are cheap, food is ok. Service is awful. I waited 15 minutes for a drink refill. If your not a regular they will completely ignore you.

Original Zomato Review 9/8/13 - Long's Says It All. Food is average. Service is slow. Did I mention service is slow? Really, I cannot understand what takes so long to get your order taken, food served and to pay one's check. Last Saturday [9/7/2013], I stopped with a friend of mine before going to the game to eat breakfast. There was only one other table [2 people] in there, so I decided to stop. I assumed it would be fast. We all know what assume means, right? Fried eggs, bacon, regular and French toast takes 45 minutes to prepare and serve--unbelievable. I think we are long [horrible pun] overdue to stop going to Long's.

I use their RX service, and an added bonus is option of home delivery. They are so professional, make you feel like a valued customer, always go over your meds w you and will order any over the counter product they offer. As for eating there, I love it. Food is great, prices great, you meet new people, run into friends, but the staff is just amazing. It's a happy atmosphere.

I tried Long's restaurant for the first time today in the Kingston Squae Shopping Center. It has been here for a long time so it must be good, I thought The staff was friendly and I got my food quickly but the food was very mediocre at best. The sausage gravy was bland and the biscuits we're hard like they were old. The sausage and eggs were good but I couldn't eat the biscuits and gravy.

I love longs!! Been going there since I was a little kid living In Sequoyah Hills. Hank SR. And hank JR. Are amazing smart pharmacists and I love how friendly the employees are especially Ruth. And Ruby. The wait is well worth the atmosphere. but what could you expect on a Saturday morning going into brunch. any place that is well liked and enjoyable to go to would be slammed. I also like how they have loyal customers like dad and me . The food is so good I HIGHLY recommend the party melt and their shakes and malts are to die for!! You have to get a shake when going always!! Love longs!!

I came in here on Saturday for the 1st time. I have heard nothing, but good things about this place and was very disappointed. We sat for over an hour before my friend finally asked a waitress where our food was. She told us that they had to get fresh burgers and they would be right out. What does that even mean? We waited a few more minutes and then asked a different guy if our burgers were even on the grill yet. He checks and tells us they haven't even started on our order yet. The only thing I can think of is that they were cooking burgers one at a time. The place was busy, but not THAT busy. No apologies, nothing so we left.

Some of them are very kind and good workers, some of them are incredibly rude and couldn't care less. We waited over 30 minutes for our food, only to recieve it almost cold. The waiter never said sorry for the wait or checked our drinks, then had an attitude with us when we told them about the food. Went to Stock Burger instead.

Don't get me wrong I like longs but I do not like waiting 45 min on average every. single. time. I don't understand when there is hardly anyone there why it takes so long to cook 3 burgers?! I just left longs and came to chick fil a... I already received my food by the time I would have if I would have stayed at longs to eat. Horrible service. Literally has made me choose to go elsewhere, even a chain restaurant, over that place in the future.
