No greeting upon entering, no offer of any assistance, but I had called ahead to ensure that they had a particular item I was looking for. I was informed that they did, so I drove all the way across town, just to learn that they really didn't. Then I was called a liar when I confronted the guy I had spoke with on the phone! I needed to find waist high compression hose. All that they had were knee highs. I had specifically asked him, several times, if they were waist, thigh or knee high length. On the phone, he disrespectfully said "I'm looking at it reading right off the package to you.". So I politely ask him to please show me the package he had read to me, so I could simply see if it was the manufacturer or him giving false information. He literally said, it was the last pack and someone else had just bought them! SERIOUSLY?!?!?!🤨😒Whatever child! You've already proven yourself a liar, so ain't nobody trying to hear that mess coming out ya mouth. I left. The End.

Can’t send in enough beautiful reviews, we have been thru cancer, stem cell transplant, prescription confusion no fault of CVS and they have been the greatest most compassionate group of people I have ever met in all my live born days…CVS you shine beautiful in this community…thank you from the bottom of our hearts Aime Family❤️❤️❤️

The manager is strange and rude, and the pharmacy staff treat people who have to take narcotics/controlled medication very poorly, for no reason. You can call with a simple question because you're confused with how their app works and they act like you're a criminal trying to do something sneaky. It's honestly ridiculous and they need better employees/management.

I've shopped at this cvs as long as it's been on western ave.The employees are very helpful. I went in to get the covid 19 vaccine. I didn't have an appointment but they still had some extra vaccines left. They gave me the vaccine. It didn't hurt at all. I have to to back today for the second vaccine. Thanks everyone at CVS

Store Staff friendly and welcoming. Pharmacy staff is all-around the most down to earth and reasonable crew. With the exception of one staff member , they are amazing and wouldn't change a thing. I have to say that even the one exception has made quite an attitude adjustment in herself and this changed the feeling of the visit drastically . I love this CVS and you couldn't bribe me into a different pharmacy .

The pharmacy staff are excellent! They always greet me by name. I have several unusual prescriptions and they make sure to have them available for me. They make sure to ask if I have any questions about my prescriptions. The staff in the store are also very helpful.

As for the person who commented before me, they only dont tell you if they have a narcotic in stock over the phone because they dont want to get robbed. This store is very good. They are efficient and are very helpful. The front staff will walk you to what your looking for if you cant find it and are very friendly. The pharmacy staff are friendly and get you in and out.
