Improperly verified my ID for a covid test and my results had the wrong birth date so it was unusable. Called and they wouldn't fix it, wouldn't reschedule another test, completely unhelpful.

I went to get some photos printed out and they told me it would be done within an hour. I came back an hour later And one of the employees told me it would be another 10 minutes before it was done. After waiting 15 minutes I went back in and the manager told me that they didn’t have the materials to print off my photos. I wish they would have saved me the time instead of making me we wait a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes for something they didn’t have. Very unprofessional

This Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely terrible! I have been calling since 8am and it is now 2pm and still haven’t got my prescription ready. Every month there is something wrong! My doctor even called wondering what the hold up is. They don’t know what they are doing nor do they care! Some people can not go a day without there medication. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

Shout out to Aubrey in the pharmacy for her calm and problem-solving attitude. Especially since she was dealing with an issue her coworker created earlier that day. She heard my concern, found a solution, and quickly resolved everything!

My doctor even called wondering what the hold up is. They don’t know what they are doing nor do they care! Some people can not go a day without there medication. I will be switching pharmacy’s.

I came in asking for photo print help but the manager refused to come to help. She conveyed her message to the employee then the employee told me. After multiple tries of talking to the employee she finally went and got the manager. The manager came out and gave an attitude without asking what I needed help with and did even bother listening to what I had to say before walking away. Also she never even bothered trying what I wanted to get done.

Worst customer service. I shop at that store almost every week. I will not return or shop at that store location again. I made a purchase and used a coupon. The coupon worked but the manager said technically I didn’t make the correct purchase because it was buy one get one free. So I am going to remove your coupon to make you pay full price. The manufacture pays for the difference. Lost a customer over a $3.49. The coupon worked but technically you didn’t buy another chip because it was on sale. I am removing your coupon to make you pay full price. Really poor customer service.

Walgreens called on a Wednesday evening to tell me my prescription was ready. I was unable to pick it up at the time. My husband went to get it the following Sunday and was told that I “already picked it up on Thursday”. My husband insisted that was incorrect and asked to have the security footage viewed. The manager found out that they gave my prescription to someone with the same name. I understand that someone in this world may share my name. My issue is that they didn’t verify this person’s address or date of birth which I’m pretty sure are not identical to mine...especially my address! What kind of training is given to the pharmacy employees? Another thing that concerns me is why would this other woman accept a drug that wasn’t prescribed to her? This is so infuriating! They could not conceive that my husband was being honest and acted like we were liars.

I received a call from the pharmacy my prescription was ready. I went through the drive thru and was the 2nd customer. She took my name and birthdate walked away and was gone for 5 minutes, 2 other cars drove away due to nobody was waiting on customers. I pushed the help button and was told to hold on they never came back on so I pushed it 2 more times with the same response. I was going to tell them I could come back due to I had another errand and ask what the hold up was, she waited on 2 other customers and still wouldn’t answer me, so after 20 minutes of waiting they finally told me they had to wait on the script! Why call me that it’s ready when it wasn’t?? At least be kind and answer my questions, they need customer service training!! That’s why I started going to another pharmacy but they didn’t have the medicine I needed this time so they transferred it to Walgreens.

A friend and I came to this location to complete a task. During this time we are being followed like we are suspicious customers. Being watched after every corner we have turned. By the security guard and I understand his duties. Being a person of color and watched 24/7 doesn't feel well. Especially when your giving business to this Company.
