1st picture is of one I ordered 3 weeks ago. It was a delivery and over an hour late. Horrible pizza. 2nd pic of of tonight. I ordered a pepperoni and I got a burnt cheese pizza. Requested 2 sides of ranch which they charge for and didn’t get my ranch. I have tried to call them several times. The first few it would ring but nobody would answer. The last few times I was pushed to voicemail. Unbelievable. This place has gone down hill. ~Samantha

All my stars are for David!! He’s a 5 star guy! Today was one of those “run to every home improvement store” kind of days. Nothing was going right, pricing was different at each store for the same product, folks weren’t answering phones or even capable of helping if they did. BUT DAVID!!! He saw the box of our large shower surround literally crumbling in the wind in the parking lot and quickly came out with tape to box it back up and help load. Hero in an orange apron. 🧡 ~Rae

Our cashier was so sweet when she didn't need to be. She made us feel so welcome and glad we were there. I wish I got her name but we were there around 5:20 or so. So if the manager sees this and knows who was on the register around that time, please give her a raise or promotion in some way. Make her feel as special as she made us feel. ~Kirsten

We are at the store by 6:35 pm and the manager didn’t let us in saying that they are closed. The picture on the store door mentioned that the closing time as 7 pm. We even called them before coming to the store. I guess the manager doesn’t want to work here. There are almost 5 people who are waiting at the door to be opened. Very rude manager and such a poor service. Will never be back again to this store. ~Harish

I've been a member here at the Allen location since 2015 and up until the last 7 months or so i have been happier banking here. I'm not sure what recently changed but the service sucks at this branch. The final incident that made me decide to finally swap my accounts to other banks was after getting a new debit card rush shipped for a mishap that happened on the RBFCU corp side of things I went to deposit some cash in the atm. The machine never gave my card back. When i went inside to see if they could retrieve my card, I was told they cannot as they don't service the ATM at their branch and if i wanted to rush a new card it would be $35. I called the corp bank number who rush delivered a new card and waved the fee for me. this incident was just one of the 5 issues I've had with them since seems their customer service has gone down the drain. ~Ed

My Ollie has been going to Ace for over a year now. They absolutely love and care for him. He is so happy to go and so happy and exhausted when I pick him up from “school”. He absolutely loves the pool! Also, he has really improved his play style with other dogs, since the great people at Ace have taken the time to work with him. Ace is Ollie’s home away from home. ~Melissa
