Nash's Automotive

Nash's has always been the best car repair Allen TX has to offer. The owners are just great to deal with and they even have some awesome classic cars (fully restored) for sale on occasion. I go here for oil changes too. No matter what your car or truck needs, they do it all. Also the pricing is very fair and they are honest people to deal with. ~Anthony

SEPHORA Watters Creek At Montgomery Farm

The employees at this location are very rude, immature and disrespectful. I'm a Rouge member and used to frequent this location, but this past year I've typically avoided this location since they've hired a few new employees. I unfortunately went last weekend only to see two employees laughing and talking trash about customers. I turned to them both and asked if that's how they treat customers spending money in their store. They both looked dumbfounded like they didn't understand the question. Then they CONSTANTLY pester you, asking if you need help every 5 minutes! Why, ma'am ??? So that you can laugh and belittle them as soon as they walk away? Then they'll ask you again, Are you still doing OK? NO, I'm not because I can't shop in peace! I'm pretty sure 99 percent of customers are capable of asking for help if needed. There are 3 older employees that have been there a long time and they are great. Unfortunately, the few bad apples just ruin your whole shopping experience. ~Shafeka

Ross Dress for Less

I don't really do these reviews but I probably met the rudest staff members in a while. After paying for a pair of shoes, the cashier without saying anything, just places the shoes on the countertop without a plastic bag. I thought she forgot and I asked her for a one. God forgive me if I ever ask her for a second time because as soon as I asked the first time around she started waving her arms around the "empty" bag holder and in a annoyed tone tells me "No, there's no bag here so I can't give it to you." I assumed she wasn't having a good day so I went to another cashier for a bag. In nearly the same tone as the other lady the second cashier frustratingly says "NO there are no plastic bags." I see a rack of larger plastic bags behind her and I ask her for one of those instead to which she flat out exclaims "No, there is a plastic bag shortage", all the while bagging another customer's purchases. The front security guy comes and and says "Do you REALLY need a bag just for that?". The problem here isn't the bag. Its more about why they couldn't tell me about the shortage the first time around without first giving an attitude and talking to me in a condescending way. I like to think there are two sides to most situations but for the life of me I wouldn't know about this one. Unless it's subtle racism for being asian or they just assume customers are psychic because all that happened was that I walked in the store, got the shoes, got in line, greeted the cashier, paid for the shoes, and then the staff got offended bc I asked for a plastic bag without them first saying anything about a shortage. ~John

Kroger Pharmacy

One of the worst pharmacies ever. Can’t get anyone to pick up the phone, or when they do you get someone who is not helpful and repeatedly says they don’t know when you ask questions. And when you ask to speak to someone else to receive the help you need, they won’t let you. Prescription says it’s ready when it’s not. They’re always busy so there’s a line. I’ve waited 20 minutes before just to get to the counter and find out my prescription isn’t ready although we received a text saying it was. Sometimes they’re closed when they shouldn’t be. Sometimes they open 20 minutes late. How do people ever use this pharmacy and actually get their medicine? We will be taking our business elsewhere. ~Linda

AT&T Store

Similar to a few others who have left reviews. This location has a very rude manager on site. I went in to drop a trade-in phone but he was not able to locate my model on the system. I understand that he was trying, but he did not seem like he wanted to help. His tone was not welcoming and hence I walked out. I'm surprised that he is a manager for a location. I will not come back to this location. Update - I went to another store right after and I was able to get the process done smoothly. The rep did not have any issues with trade-in. All the more reason for me to believe that the manager at the other location did not know what he was doing and was still throwing an attitude. ~karthik

Quest Diagnostics Inside Allen Tom Thumb Store - Employer Drug Testing Not Offered

I had an appointment on 3/31 at 4:40pm yesterday to get blood drawn. I received a text message that said to check in by clicking the link when I arrived. Once I checked in, it gave me an option to wait in my car or inside the lobby and I would receive a text message when it was my turn. I chose to go in and wait until I received the text message. There are 4 chairs in front of the door (see photos). I looked inside the window several times making eye contact with a lady inside. She never acknowledged me so I assumed she was a patient. I often got up and looked inside. Just figured they were running behind. 1 hour later she and another lady walked out the door and I said I have an appointment. She said we are closed. I said but I had an appt at 4:40pm. She said no you don't have one and you should have come inside if you had an appt. I mentioned the text I received and she said I was lying. She also stated I was sitting at the wrong place and those were pharmacy chairs. She said people often get those confused and that she saw me out there. Both ladies were telling me it was my fault, never apologized, refused to help me and could care less about the situation. If they know people get confused, why wouldn't she come out and check periodically?! Why send a text saying to wait for another text??? The lack of empathy and rude behavior was beyond anything I've ever seen from a health care provider. I guess they don't care about their patients or bringing in business. They continued to argue with me as they walked out. I truly believe they knew I was out there and supposed to be seen but I was the JOKE of the day! JUST WOW! Don't waist your time with this place. I've attached a picture of wear I was sitting right next to the door for reference. I"m giving this 1 star because it will not let me post but they get ZERO from me. ~kelly

Walgreens

Update: I received a call from a very nice pharmacist at this location who told me that they are currently operating the pharmacy as drive-thru only to pick up prescriptions. I appreciate Walgreens getting back to me and allowing people to get their scripts. Thank you. Original review: The pharmacy has been closed unexpectedly for 4+ days now. There is NOBODY on site to authorize transfers for controlled medications, meaning you're dead in the water unless your doctor can push a new script. If your doctor is out of town and can't submit a new one, too bad for you - you're going without your medication! This is unbelievably unacceptable and I cannot believe a place like Walgreens can't just have a pharmacist on site to push these transfers along. They simply do not care about you or your health. UNREAL. ~Shaun

Floyd's 99 Barbershop

Even 1 star is being generous. I am shocked with the service I received, and I hope no one ever experiences the same negative experience I did. I got a hair cut and beard trim on 04/21/22. The lady literally only spent about 10-12 minutes for both the service, that is 5-6 minutes for a haircut and 5-6 for a beard trim. Even to shave my head it wouldn’t be that quick! I could have done a better job myself with a pair of scissors and a mirror! I was mortified with what she did. To top it all off, I paid $50. $50 for 12 minutes and a ruined head of hair. I left absolutely angry and was forced to drive 25 minutes to another location (where I usually go) to get my hair fixed. At the other location, they fixed my hair, did a fade, and colored and defined my beard line. And this location only charged me $40! Not only that, this work took close to an hour. I really hope others read my experience and reconsider going to this location for a hair cut. Its extremely expensive, and the workers are unprofessional and not good at what they do. ~Utsav
