I’ve had bad experiences at BBVA that were better than the service I received here. My appointment was at 3:30 and was tended to until 3:54. I went in due to my card being flagged for fraudulent charges. Joseph then proceeded to dial and redial a 1-800 number that continuously repeated “we’re experiencing high call volume and can’t take your call” while also going through his Facebook. Once he finally got an answer, he continued to tell me that it’s my fault because my billing address is wrong. ~Daniel

I’m a small business owner and for many years I banked with one of the largest banks in the country. One would think that was a good idea or a good option. Years later I realized that bank was too big to assist my small company with the banking needs we required. I then found Worthington National. They were welcoming of my business. They’re staff is awesome and always eager to assist with any complex financial needs as well as simple banking needs. Excellent customer service. This is a bank where you even have access to the VP of the bank. These feats may seem small and unimportant, I assure you they are not. This is an awesome bank. This bank is HORRIBLE. My mom recently opened an account with this bank. They have frozen her account. They asked for a bill showing her change of address. She provided it. They have been giving her a run around about when her account will be available. People have bills and they are taking their damn time handling people accounts. She even stated that she no longer wanted the account and they still failed to give her the money that is hers from that account. It’s unethical. They failed to show policy in writing that they can hold customers money hostage even though they declined wanting that account. Shame on you BBVA. Expect a call from our attorney, if her money is not given to her by 4/9. ~Review

Very pleased with the customer service at the Arlington location. Both employees have been extremely helpful and friendly. Dwayne has especially helpful and patient with me. That is really good when in situations that are really stressful. Thank you for your understanding and kindness. ~Michelle

Great location for us. Close to the house but also next to the freeway so we don't need to make a special, out of the way trip when needing to get here. Sonya helped with getting our insurance reviewed so we woudn't need to purchase their insurance policy. She was so nice and quick to respond. Love this place! ~Amber

Can't thank Chris enough!! I have severe anxiety and have the medicine to prove it lol! So leaving my rings to someone a week and a half before my wedding was very hard!! He fixed my rings within a few hours and I picked them up the same day!! He was amazing, ill definitely keep bringing jewelry back to him to fix with my anxiety at ease!! He also just recently fixed my engagement ring because I bent it while at work 🤦‍♀️ never again will I wear it to work just a silicone band for me for now on haha ~Rachel

As of today I will only use this pharmacy when Kelly is available as pharmacist as she is the best and most professional pharmacist. I went today to receive a tetanus shot due to cut finger. I first attempted to schedule online however services were unavailable so since website stated they accepted walk ins I decided to go to location. I explained I needed the tetanus shot and they advised I needed to book online. I explained I tried but not working. The pharmacy tech was very rude and said they don't take walkins and to take it up with corporate Walgreens. Meanwhile the pharmacist, Sherry, intervened and advised she would give me the tetanus shot. This visibly upset the rude pharmacist tech. I thank the pharmacist on duty for following through with the shot but overall this was a horrible experience due to the very rude pharmacy tech. She obviously does not enjoy her job and appears to have negative feeling for all customers. I seemed to have interrupted her day by being a loyal customer. I wonder if corporate or even local managers care enough to read these reviews. ~Benita

Went here to get my son some school clothes. I took the clothes to the register to check out. So I noticed the lady at the cash register was just balling up the clothes and putting them in the bag. So I said yall just ball the clothes up and throw them in the bag. She said i can't fold them in lifted her left arm was in a brace. Now I get she's injured but why not have her doing something else until her arm is healed. This is ridiculous ~GregB
