My family wanted to create a cookbook of family recipes, and Mike coached us throughout the entire process with lots of patience and guidance. The UPS location is a mainstay for residents Of Highland Park; personalized service for the residents of HP. The staff is amicable, they provide efficient service and know everyone who has a mailbox. Most of the box holders are old guard Highland Park, who use this location to receive mail; instead of their home address. Many residents like myself have more than one home, and this location serves as a central hub. As most of the old guard establishments in HP are, there is a reason for this privacy. This is not a typical drop-off location for UPS, not by any means. The negative reviews are not indicative of the service; the perception may be that staff is rude, which is not the case. I have had my mail sent to this location for over 15 years, perfect service. ~Fran
