Mike at Minuteman Press on Greenville Ave. in Dallas, Texas has outstanding customer service. My family wanted to create a cookbook of family recipes, and Mike coached us throughout the entire process with lots of patience and guidance. In addition to the time he spent helping us, his pricing was very fair and reasonable. Our family cookbook turned out great. Thank you so much Mike. ~Linda

The UPS location is a mainstay for residents Of Highland Park; personalized service for the residents of HP. The staff is amicable, they provide efficient service and know everyone who has a mailbox. Most of the box holders are old guard Highland Park, who use this location to receive mail; instead of their home address. Many residents like myself have more than one home, and this location serves as a central hub. As most of the old guard establishments in HP are, there is a reason for this privacy. This is not a typical drop-off location for UPS, not by any means. The negative reviews are not indicative of the service; the perception may be that staff is rude, which is not the case. I have had my mail sent to this location for over 15 years, perfect service. ~Fran
