Joe was amazing, I brought two unpacked boxes but he was happy to help and managed everything so easy. Maybe it was his bad day when he got a bad review? As far as my experience, he was efficient and quick and that’s all I need from UPS.

Just had the worst experience with Joe who said he was the manager and was there alone while returning ATT equipment. I'll never go to this store again and had to call ATT to confirm they entered the return reference number (which they did not have) on my account because I do not trust Joe to mail the shipment. Very sad and frightening to a degree. Joe is an angry person who appears ready to snap.

Terrible service. The two employees are slow and almost make you feel like they want you to wait. Do yourself a favor go to another ups store. This is by far the worst employee customer I’ve seen in a long time.

My experience today with two packages was fast and efficient. The decor and facilities are a bit old, but it was convenient to get in and out.
