The staff here is FAR superior than the typical "I can't wait until I get a better job and leave," employees you typically get at most FedEx Print locations. I cannot say enough good things about them. Go here.

I drop my packages off here weekly and I swear they move my package faster than other locations. Great work whatever they are doing differently here. Also- the employees are always so nice!

I stopped by this location to drop off a fedex package. I needed some tape to seal the prepped package and to fix the label on the box. (I was fully prepared to have to pay for tape and finish the package myself) Naveed told me not to worry and taped up the box for me and attached the label. I was in and out in 2 min. I am grateful

I brought in a defective tire to return to TireRack via FedEx, per TireRack instructions. I understand it’s an unconventional drop off but the tire did not come to me packaged and I was instructed Fed Ex could take it if I dropped it off. Naveed was extremely rude when I was trying to communicate why I was bringing them a tire. He was condescending and interrupted me several times before I could try to explain. Then he took the tire reluctantly and acted like I created an inconvenience for him. If he would have been patient and communicative I would have been happy to pay for any packaging needed to meet FedEx standards but he couldn’t take the time.

I have been to a few FedEx Print and Ship Centers and I have gotten used to trying to figure out everything myself. They usually do not ask or even want to help. This time on 9/7/2018, at this FedEx was way different. The young lady was kind and offered help when I was trying to figure out their system. She walked me through step by step so I would not take long on the computer. I was surprised by the friendly atmosphere and willingness to help from a FedEx Center. Will come back to this location for any of my needs.

I had a professionally packaged item from the manufacturer that needed to be returned. I was provided a prepaid shipping label to send it back. I tried to drop it off at this location and was told they would not accept it because they did not like how the box felt. They wanted to open it up and repackage it to make a buck off of me. Needless to say nothing was wrong with how it was packed. Had to take it to a different FedEx store to drop it off. They took it with no problems. Told them how I was treated and the other store and they could not believe it. Never again will I go here.
