The UPS location is a mainstay for residents Of Highland Park; personalized service for the residents of HP. The staff is amicable, they provide efficient service and know everyone who has a mailbox. Most of the box holders are old guard Highland Park, who use this location to receive mail; instead of their home address. Many residents like myself have more than one home, and this location serves as a central hub. As most of the old guard establishments in HP are, there is a reason for this privacy. This is not a typical drop-off location for UPS, not by any means. The negative reviews are not indicative of the service; the perception may be that staff is rude, which is not the case. I have had my mail sent to this location for over 15 years, perfect service.

Efficient, yes. Convenient not so much since it moved upstairs and parking is a pain. Avoid lunch time; especially try to avoid lunch time on Thursdays and Fridays. Also when I started my first position out of college in design we went to Disney Customer Service training in LA. I recommend this, especially at this location. The customer base is accustomed to excellent customer service in HP Village as well as other places they frequent in North Dallas. WB

It was really hard to find this location. However, especially in light of the pandemic, not only was my process efficient, but also the young woman who was working (I did not catch her name) could not have been nicer!

Angel was very courteous and helpful however this is the strangest UPS location. After circling 3 times I found the UPS to be on 2nd floor. I had a 60lbs box, he gave me a dolly but nearest elevator was not working. I had to walk to the other end of the building, being the big box up trying to open 4 doors on my way with my other hand. I wished I went to another location

Had to return something, had all the original packaging. UPS still manages to charge me $40 to put the box in a larger box and add peanuts which I have to do to make the return and they know it. The new box couldn't have cost more than $10. Such a rip-off. Worst company ever. Learn how to charge fair prices for cardboard.

Prices have risen 3 times....and they only will let you pay 6 months at a time for a box. Customer for 10 years. All the construction and iffy parking..Upstairs by 2 flights, or a hidden elevator..FOR WHAT? They will be driven out of the Village.

Awful, disgusting and simply repulsive customer service, if any. The staff at this location shouldn't be running any business of any kind. They were arrogant, condenseding, and responded to my very simple questions as if they were upset I was in their tiny, inconvenient, and obscure store. Please take your business elsewhere and make sure corporate knows how this unprofessional, aggressive and simply terrible staff and owners are running a UPS store. How they have stayed in business is beyond me.
