My family wanted to create a cookbook of family recipes, and Mike coached us throughout the entire process with lots of patience and guidance. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Has terrible customer service. Does not have the pay online option, claims his webhost cannot fix it due to covid19. I was planning to cancel and just use a different location in Dallas, but I was going to reconsider if he offered a discount. To which he replied “I would rather throw it in the trash”
