Diego,was playing a puzzle while I was trying to order. I had to repeat my order 2 times as the first time,he wasnt paying attention. Not only did Diego play the puzzle when i was ordering,he did it with another customer. That puzzle game must be so interesting ~Omar

Was looking for some specimens to add to my collection and heard about this place. I asked about a bird in one of the display cases. Price on bottom showed $48 but they told me a $100. Why have a tag then saying one thing then say a far higher and exaggerated price for a bird specimen? Asked about other specimens and they gave me far higher than value prices, they clearly don’t price reasonably at all. ~Sara

I was just inside the store looking to purchase a lawnmower and blower. I stood in the store for 10-15 minutes and no one even acknowledged my presence. There were two employees who were working with other customers and I understand they were busy. However the employee behind the counter stocking tools just popped her gum and never asked if I needed help or even acknowledged I was there. ~Jonathan

They almost never have prescriptions ready on time. I call to confirm my prescription has been received and will be ready by noon When I went to pick up they tell me they’re waiting on the order to come in… 3 DAYS! I go back and now we have a problem with the brand name of the med not being covered by my insurance. So they have to order the generic brand. What a waste of time that place is. I’m moving all my family’s prescriptions to another pharmacy. If this is the manner in which they run their business, I can only image the other mistakes and discrepancies that happen in that pharmacy. Get it together, people depend on you. ~Sarah

Albertsons is a very nice store. It's kept clean (even the bathrooms!) And the staff and managers are polite and helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I personally think the prices are a little high for certain products. ~Tonya

They react to you wanting a customized drink as if you asked for them to break the law. Instead of making the drink they paid for, they will give you whatever they feel lile making just because you asked for a mug, give you the smallest mug, and then treat you like you're stupid for knowing the difference from a tiny mug to a large mug. The coffee however is great. They are more flavorful and cheaper than Starbucks. The music is inconsistent and makes it difficult to have a good study atmosphere. The music can be too loud. One minute it's salsa music, the next, African drums and singing, and then reggaeton. Music is all over the place. Overall, the service is getting worse. ~Encender

The staff was very attentive and greeted me at the door. They quickly assisted me in finding what I was looking for. I was very pleased with their service that I bought two bottles at a good price... perfect for my Irish Coffees!
