T-Mobile you all have done it again!! As soon as I walked in the door at Store 288E, I was met by the T-Mobile associate Warren. He sounded off with a warm Welcome to T-Mobile how can I assist you today! And Immediately turned my frown upside down. I have been a loyal T-Mobile customer for years and that day, I was ready to CANCEL my service. I felt like I was paying for a phone and service plan that was OUTDATED. My phone would drop calls, the screen would freeze and the phone would power down without notice. I mean I was over it and ready to give T-Mobile a piece of my mind. But, I quickly simmered down when Warren began listening to my complaints. He then checked out my phone and took a look at my current plan. Once he was done, he gave me some different options to think about and the ability to choose a Newer Phone and an even better Service plan. When it was all over, I walked out the store with 2 brand new phones along with the cases, and a plan that was just right for me!
