Facility is well maintained, but routine cost increases forced me to look for another facility. I found storage at less than half the cost at a competitor just as convenient and well maintained. The cost savings for one month paid for the move. I moved two units and will save almost $5,000.00 per year at the new location. ~Roger

Best costumer service I've ever had with a cell phone company. Ferris went above and beyond to help me switch carriers. I replaced my car battery from this store couple of months back and it was the worst battery installation I ever had. When I went to the dealership they suggested me to re-install it properly. The battery is not sitting in the cover the way it should be. ~Davis
