steve is the most racist employee at this location. I'm a customer at the napa Willowbrook location and I spend a lot of money with Napa. Steve wasn't aware that he was on speaker but he called the workers at the napa willowbrook location idiots. I wasn't pleased on how he talked about the workers at the napa Willowbrook location. one of the employees at Willowbrook tried calling back but he hung up in their face. just disrespectful. how could you let someone like this work for your company. ~Malik

We travel Full Time in our RV and tires are the very foundation of our lifestyle. They take us far and keep us safe. Thanks to all guys who were involved in my purchase and installation on my new 225 65r16 Yokohama tires. Everyone has been friendly with providing 100% good job. I have also more dramatic experiences with other tire service places so this is the extra reason why we appreciate honest and clean business...especially those days. Went there for 2 of my grandsons birthday parties. They took the kids around and did gymnastics, games, and then they served up the pizza and cake after. The kids all had a blast. ~Dayna

Came here for a TB test. Casey landreneau was amazing! So friendly and welcoming. Wasn’t in a rush or anything. The receptionist was super nice as well. Even gave me a little welcome baggie with samples of some great products. Definitely will continue coming here for these needs. ~Victoria

I was going to work at a nearby event when I went to pay I saw the clerk selling 2 packs of cigarettes and some beer to a little girl. When I asked why they sold her that if she was a minor the clerk got mad and told me that her dad was in the truck that it was ok. I told them it was wrong that it didn't matter if her dad was in the truck waiting or not. He said we aren't dumb and pointed at his head ~Jayden

They need to change the name to General Store and drop the Dollar. Good news there is a little bit of everything and no lines to skip the grocery store. Food items are cheaper elsewhere and the staff is unfriendly. ~Ash

Every time we have an issue or a question this branch is absolutely no help at all. You can never get anybody on the phone and if you take the time to go by in person, you will have to wait and then still get no answers or help. It would be nice to have a manager to speak with or contact when we have issues. My company has been doing business here for a long time but are actively looking at what we have to do to switch banks. ~Cyfair

So let me see if I got this straight... in the window there is a 30.06 sign that says that a license to carry holder cannot carry a concealed weapon. However they can carry openly as there is no 30.07 sign. Also anyone over the age of 21 WITHOUT a license to carry can carry a gun with or without it being concealed. Common sense not very common here. This coming from a place that buys and sells guns. This on top of other reviews makes it clear I have no desire to ever do business here. ~Wally
