Wow! Horrible horrible people work here. No wonder they have 2 stars. Edwin and and the manager who refused to give us his name over the phone need to be fired. Last night we ordered a salad, pasta and chicken bites for the 6.99 each delivery deal. The pasta carbonara dish was half full. It had 3 small pieces of chicken in it and 3 mushroom slices! What a joke. The salad was also a joke. Barely half full. See photos. As soon as we got the delivery, we called the store to be told by Edwin that he could do nothing because the manager already left. We asked for a refund and he refused. THEN he accused us eating the pasta before taking photos. Lol. Really? Playing mind games with unhappy customers is really professional. He told us to call back the next day and speak with the manager. Today, we called and spoke with someone claiming to be the manager who refused to give us his name saying it was “confidential”. He had an accent as did Edwin. We told him what happened last night, and he said that corporate dictates what quantity goes into the pasta bowl and that previously employees put too much in the bowls. We asked for a refund and when we provided the order number and phone number, this dude said he could not find our order even though we were looking at the info in an email. Lies. Dominos - why hasn’t this store been shut down with the excessive low quality that comes from it? ~J
