This place is horrible and they don't need the business because they turn it down left and right with pathetic excuses. I work in the Louisiana film industry and have been born and raised here my entire life, so we try to give our business to locally owned (mom and pop) type businesses as to help our local economy but unfortunately I will not endorse spending any money at Eddie's hardware on downman rd as they don't treat the customer the way a customer should be treated. So it looks like I'm on the hunt for another locally owned and operated business but worst case scenario I will go to a big box store if it comes to it unfortunately.

Plumbing parts I sought at Home Depot and Lowes were not found. I was able to find at Eddie's Ace Hardware. They were very helpful and worked with me until I found the right part. Thumbs up!👍🏽

I had a piece of plexiglass to install inside a security door, I had been here before for the same issue & had success but this time the owner was lazy unprofessional he started shaking his head and wanted to charge me for another frame, he didn't want to measure the glass he made excuse that it wasn't going to work he made the experience harder than it actually was, well I put the glass in myself it took every bit of 10 mins I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO EDDIE'S HARDWARE.👎🏿
