Check your price tags and receipts, ladies. I have been shopping at this Loft since 2016. Over the past two years, each time I come to this location and buy something in their sales section, the price is rung in at the cash register incorrectly. Who knows how many others it happened when I wasn't paying attention. I have to go back to their Canton location (I live in HE now) to have them give me a refund because they didn't ring up the items correctly. I went in a couple of weeks ago, and it happened again, but this time I was ready and paying full attention. The item was marked on the sales tag as 59.99, 50% of sales items, rang into the system as $35. Most recently, it was a $5 difference, but previously it was $20. Pay attention to this location! PS, I wasn't going to say anything, but Tina is spot on. They only say hi to you or ask you if you want help if you are white. I had over an armful of items to try on and an associate walked up to a white customer with maybe two items in her hands and asked to start a fitting room for her. I was not asked anything or even acknowledged. I actually complained to the SM about it a couple of years ago.

I really disliked my shopping experience there. Staff definitely caters to a F6 clientele. The lady processing a return item from an online purchase was incredibly rude and made snide comments about how little I paid for the item. She also made me jump through some unnecessary hoops to do the return. I've had no issues at other Loft stores, but the hunt valley location might as well hang a sign that says "whites only."

Clothes are super cute and affordable! Staff is always always always on their game- accommodating customers, being sociable, and taking cues if someone just wants to shop. They have helped me many times!

I probably pop into The Loft at the Hunt Valley location once a week. The women working there are always nice and very helpful. The store is clean and organized with what seems to be a constant rotation of new styles....and there is ALWAYS some type of sale going on. The clothes are very good quality and are cut in a way that just seems to fit me perfectly. The Loft is my absolutely favorite women’s clothing store for casual, business and dressy occasions.

Nice sized store with a big selection. Some of the older staff members are extremely pushy about the credit card but the younger staff members are generally helpful without being overbearing.
