The chicken I got was hot and fresh The biscuits were not dried out so that's a plus The mashed potatoes and gravy were just about perfect Macaroni and cheese was really good too except I thought the single serve portion was pretty small considering all the other sides cost the same but you pay extra for Mac & cheese. I order online so my order should be ready when I arrive to pick it up. Instead when I get there is when they start putting it together This is true of all Popeyes that I have eaten at. This is why the rating is not higher.

My husband went through the drive through around 12:30 pm on July 15th. He ordered two chicken sandwich meals. When he got home and looked at both sandwiches we quickly realized that they only used 1 piece of chicken that was cut in half to make 2 sandwiches. I’ve never seen such awful service. I’ve tried calling the location and the line keeps saying it’s busy. This is unacceptable and this location needs to shutdown or retrain their entire staff.

New manager rolled his eyes at me after i waited 25min because they had 3 people working. No one knew how to log in to the machine and when i asked for a sandwich, they said were closing soon so were are all out. Then tried to charge me the same price for old food they needed to get rid of. Except 2 managers the place is ran by 16 year olds, which is funny because they do better customer service wise than the manager that was clearly older...

*UPDATE* Popeyes took 4 months to return our calls after we continually tried to reach someone and were bounced around, they casually offered to reimburse me for my meal. That's all they offered.... unreal. I got sick to my stomach, and continue to every time I think about what happened at this Popeye's in New Market. I went through the drive-thru on Monday 2/21/22 and ordered a sweet tea along with a few other items. When we left I tasted the tea and realized it was un-sweet, so my wife was kind enough to run back inside and try to swap it out. She was told the entire batch of "sweet tea" had not been sweetened, and it would take a moment to correct. She eventually received a new sweet tea and we went on our way. I finished the tea along with my meal and realized that there was something inside my cup after I had finished it (I originally thought it was leftover ice). To my absolute HORROR, I found a lighter inside of my cup. A dirty, rusty, disgusting lighter!! We tried to contact this Popeye's directly but their phone either doesn't work, or they just don't answer it. We contacted corporate that same day, and we were assured it was being taken seriously. I assure you it has not. We have called back multiple times this week and still have not spoken to anyone about this matter. Totally disgusted and utterly disappointed in Popeye's.

Popeye's can sometimes have the reputation for being slow or having or customer service. This one absolutely does not have those issues. Very fast and pleasant staff.

I haven't been to a Popeyes in years. Stop in a a whim. Found chicken better than KFC. Got the non spicy. Crust was perfect and chicken moist. Got a breast, wing, and thigh 😋. Cole slaw and mashed potatoes were good. Staff very pleasant and seemed to enjoy their job. Highly recommend.

We stopped at this Popeyes while traveling through on Easter Sunday. This Popeyes was clean and delivered the best customer service that we have ever received from a Popeyes restaurant. We were greeted at the register by the manager, Misha, and she was very friendly and professional. We are from Louisiana and she delivered hospitable charm that we are accustomed too. Misha represented the company well. We ordered a large family meal . The food was hot, fresh and very good. Keep up the good work!

I ordered an eight piece chicken tender family meal with a large side and this is what I found when I got home. This was after they had me pull ahead to wait 10 minutes for the chicken tenders that that said would be done in ten, so theoretically they should have had a fresh batch. Apparently the phone is off the hook because I’ve called repeatedly and gotten no response.
