This particular area is dirty, the store itself is blasting Latin music; to be clear it's too loud, I don't care that it's Latin. Reviews speaking of the Latin take over are quite correct. There is a sharp emphasis on the Latin market and I think perhaps this shouldn't be a Lotte anymore. Yes, I found the Asian foods I was looking for, but where other locations have a Latin isle, this location feels more 50/50. If you are looking for Lotte, go to a different location.

I will newer ever go to this horrible place again. Cashier is like a thug. She didn’t put my stuff in the bag. So I tried to put them in my bag. Then one of the spinach bag was damaged and fell on the ground. I ask a new pack. Because their bag was too thin. I requested replace it or refund. She was angry and yelled at me. She said I broke it. Then I went to the manager that lady was same as the cashier. I never got the refund or credit. I left the spinach bag with them. They might sell it again. Never expect customer care in this horrible store.

Lots of produce for Latin American dishes, and a little bakery in the front. Respectable selection of products and pretty convenient parking, but imho H-mart is slightly better but also across town and less convenient to get into

Ethic and international groceries stores. From dairy, fruits, meats, to clothing. They have a huge selection of goods. They usually do not have many opened aisles ; you’ll need some patience when checking out. Food and groceries prices is right. There is a Hispanic bakery, Asian restaurant , African and Asian clothing mini stores inside.

The inside of market is too dirty and complex. The smell was bad and fruits and vegitables were not fresh. Also they have only one brand of Kimch. I couldn't buy anything. They are cheaper than other market but really bad...
