Very unhappy with owner but we were tired of trying to get our trim finished and paid our bill. Now to hire someone to finish the job.

Job not finished. Owner is belligerent to customers. Now I have to hire different contractor to finish trim. Job has been unfinished for 3 months now. It will cost me more money in the end. Very frustrating.

Horrible experience with rude owner. 6 months later, carpet is bumpy. Install was terrible. Carpet is matting. I tried to get it taken care of when it was being installed. All I got was yelled at on the phone. He was going to have his crew RIP it all out! I fully paid, but he doesn't stand behind his work! In my 70's and have no idea how to take care of this issue.

I hired this company to redo my bathroom floor. I was informed they would need to move the toilet and would put in a new wax seal. I was without a toilet for three days because they did not put the seal on correctly and the toilet kept leaking water. When I tried to talk to them about this they were very rude and refused to fix this issue they created.
