The owner was able to fix my phone and restored it to look brand new. I had called several other phone repair shops and was told they couldn't repair it because it's difficult to get parts for it.

They gave my playstation to someone who claimed to be my grandson. The first person I talked to said they would replace my system. Apparently the owner and manager got together, and decided there was no evidence to support my story that I didn't know the person who picked it up so I'm out of a $500. Don't go here.

they basically took a phone that only had screen cracked and gave me a screen that didn’t even work and not trying to give me my money back or anything on it I’m basically just throwing away $120 ! Horrible service I will be contacting BBB Better Business Bureau! Don’t waste your time with them please !!!!! Wish someone would of told me !

I brought in a friends phone to get the cracked screen repaired, the young man peeled off the protector & said its not the screen its the cover & those are $10. He could have easily cheated us and taken the money for the repair but he was honest. I was so impressed with his honesty and professionalism. I highly recommend this store for anyone who needs a repair, you can go there knowing he isnt going to try to cheat you. I give 5 stars *****. What a great place & a great person!!!!

I completely shattered my phone (still received messages, calls, etc. but couldn't see any anything). They fixed the phone in 20 min. for a reasonable price. Extremely happy I came here opposed to going to the Apple store. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend going here. Dropped of my daughter’s iPad and within 3 hours I received a call to come get my stuff not only quick but the best prices in town. I called every place within a 30 mile range and no other place could even come close. When you go ask for Zac he took great care of me.

I had water damage to iPhone. I worked with zack I had to come back because of a speaker problem in which Zack quickly resolved. However, I came back with 6 months of my screen warranty because of a cracked screen without any outside force. I was turned away without service because I did not know their policy. They did not honor their warranty because of stipulation. I paid for a service and product and receive faulty product. Now I stuck with a cracked screen I paid for. The professionalism is out the window the corporate structure is questionable. I reached out to a Henry who is district manager who did not even respond. Please save your money.

Great customer service! Tried super hard to fix my phone and even though he was unable to i was able to get a refund. I could tell her was genuinely sorry he couldnt fix it. Super cool dude/manager! Will bring my other phones here

My 10 yo granddaughter needed her iPhone screen repaired. After much research, on her own, she picked this place. The gentleman was very nice and explained everthing to her in detail. The repair price was reasonable, which included a screen saver, and she was also able to purchase a case with her Christmas Cash. She was so impressed with the service she had to go back in the store and let him know.

The experience was fast, sufficient for my budget, and he was super easy to work with! The customer call experience was pleasant and so was the face-to-face experience. My phone died in the process and he plug my phone up for to charge, without me having to say so. Also my insurance person called and I was able to handle my business and not feel rushed about doing so, while needing to get my phone fixed in the meantime. I definitely would recommend this business to anyone who needs to repair their screen to their phone. This was the cheapest price that I called around and found, and I was able to get in outer case for my phone at a really good price as well. Also the repair time he was quickly done, I have no complaints. Come here! I'm not a person I typically do reviews, but he definitely earned it.
