After working tirelessly for over week my representative Charles was able to help me with every one of my issues from not receiving my phone delivery, helping me deal with horrible customer service reps over the phone and helping get a new phone in store rather than waiting again, very ydedicated very professional and very concerned for our needs and irritation with atts mistakes and hassles. Overall he is the best representative I've ever dealt with anywhere I've ever been.

Absolutely the worst cellular store location I've ever been in. Placed an online order and for some reason it wasn't appearing in their system, but after I gave them the order number they somehow had access to it, then after giving the guy the pin to my account which (after visiting the store in Madison Heights on Dequindre Rd.), I never needed to provide to pick up an online order, he constantly insisted it was wrong and would need to be reset through their customer service phone line, I called them did all that and went back to the store with my new pin, Instead of helping me with the problem he redirected me to another employee who was already servicing a customer, while there were 3-4 other employees on the clock, doing nothing but crowding around a table chatting amongst themselves, literally making jokes and laughing. I wait 30-40 more minutes finally to hear "I can help you over here bro" we're going through the process and seemingly he's a newer employee which the guy who was helping me in the first place wants to assist him now (Where was that energy 45 minutes prior to that?) Come to find out, they canceled my online order from their end as soon as I left the store to call customer service, so he set up my order again from the beginning. Now here's what I'm not understanding, the guy tells me I have to pay an $800 down payment to receive a phone that I was originally supposed to pay $48.00 out the door, tweaking. I went to madison heights the next day because that couldn't have been right, I left with the iPhone 14 Plus instead of the Base iPhone 14 and paid $54.00 out the door and it took less than 15 minutes, Long story short save your time, energy, money, and probably a jail sentence if you're someone who can't stand being disregarded by people who's job it is to provide you with customer service. And all the employees black just like me, should be ashamed, or fired. If you don't like your job just quit lol. Shouldn't be that hard to get a phone.

Very unprofessional. I told them many times not to add the insurance and extra premium. But they did add those without my permission. It's either the manager Wade or employee Dominic. Because I worked with them only. I wouldn't even know if I didn't went to another store. They broke it down for me. Won't recommend anyone to go to this store. They are liar and they will add something without your permission.
