Long slow lines but that is too be expected with a popular store like this. Both sells electronics and fixes glitches or problems. Would recommend

Customer service is terrible , big guy behind the counter that says hes a store manager is absolutely hopeless for help !! His answer to my issue was just saying ok ..? Ok thats ur answer is to just say ok and not help at all !! Good thing u only work at a phone store cuz you wouldnt make it talking to customers like that anywhere else !! Save ur time and dont go to this store if ur haveing a issue !!

Do not , I repeat DO NOT go to this store or do service with their sales rep Demario. I am currently going through a terrible process of finding out almost a month later that everything I was told when he sold me a new phone were complete and utter LIES. I have witnesses who were also there and heard him tell me one thing and now I’m being forced to pay hundreds of dollars to keep my phone in service because what was true was the complete opposite! If you’re a good sales rep you don’t have to lie to people to do your job. I have had to now escalate this issue to corporate because of how terrible of a mess Demario has gotten me into. If the other employees at this store are anything like him, don’t make the same mistake I did. RUN! Or be sure to record the entire conversation upon going into a sale with them. These people are LIARS and will say whatever needs to be said to get you out the door and commission in their pockets.

We went to this store today and waited about two hours without receiving any help after signing in but they would call people that just walked in helping them so we left. Worst experience at a store I ever had period...

I asked them twice for their cheapest plan with calling and texting on my main account, and they gave me a data only plan on a separate account. I called t-mobile corporate to ask for a refund, they said I could get one at the store. I went back and they said tough luck after being rude to me, so I took a video of them refusing, and called t-mobile corporate again and they where able to escalate the refund. The guy at the store also took 15 minutes to install the SIM card in my phone, with the instruction manual and pictures. I had to politely find a way to take the card and device to do it myself. They may just be playing games with people. Just to be clear, T-mobile the company has been great (especially their customer service) but this local store is out of this world.

I love the staff at this store! Everyone is super helpful. One clerk even stayed after closing to help me port a number over. It is well worth the drive I make for good service.

I use to like this place...but there is only one person here would deal with. Spent alot of money with this person then after my returns to this store..smh can't catch the positive and more for your money type of person I got for my 1st experience. Now I'm looking for a new T-mobile home to keep up with the times.

very poor experience, t mobile ported out my number without verifying my device is unlocked therefore leaving me without a phone and no help whatsoever upon learning of the situation I was in! They wouldn't cancel the port request and just started helping the next customer. Here's the kicker it was the manager helping us all along! He sure was happy to tell that to his other customers after he dropped us like trash! Great welcoming experience T-Mobile now I'm stuck with your service and unable to use my phone, thanks for encouraging me to switch! I'm really seeing the benefits!!
