T-mobile needs to make sure their employees are well trained to deal with daily issues with customers. I return to this store today with the new iPhone and J. could not transfer all my apps to the new phone. According to him my iPhone 7 Plus was too old and had not enough memory. My best option was to go home and transfer everything to ITunes and later on transfer to the new phone. I left this store and went to the store down the road, next to Starbucks, problem solved!

Went in the other day before work. The two great salesman worked with me to get the best deal with speed and all the knowledge I needed about the plan,phone,services etc. This store has great workers who worked as a team. I worked with a Jacob, Blake and a chase stoner. All great people to work with. Hope you run into these guys, phone works great and with the proper case for a guy like me still not cracked. Thanks again guys, really did a sold for me.

Kind of rudely told me to come back tomorrow, because there was already a customer in there. Even though they closed in like 45 minutes. T-Mobile used to have good customer service. I know this used to be a Sprint store. Maybe this merger wasn’t such great idea since the Sprint cancer is spreading.

Came in a few days had the worst experience ever with a small skinny kid named mombo mamabo jumbo something was on his phone on his phone the whole didnt eve get up to greet us kept walking to the back during the sales pitch like he wasnt positive or confident in his abilities to actually do his job which is sad!! Not to mention he smelt of weed so we left and ended up getting excellent service down by the T-Mobile next to star bucks great people
