The staff always treats you like family. This store amplifies the Hallmark experience. I am never disappointed by the selection. The store is well set up, organized, neat, clean and beautiful. This is a regular stop for me. I always find what I am looking for whether it's cards, gifts or something special.

Awesome Hallmark store with many additional gift shop items, including candy. The staff is lovely. Very friendly and most helpful. There is also a full service post office, operated by the staff in the store. Highly, strongly recommend!

Always welcoming and helpful, no pressure to buy. Very well organized, great selections in all categories: cards, wrappings, ribbon, etc. And they offer US postal service! A one-stop shop.

I love this store. I moved to Novi in 2005 and was happy to find a great store with personal service and great selection like Hattie's. They have a lot more than just Hallmark, including the Cherry Republic products that are the best ever. When you go in ask for Debbie. I think she lives there and takes great care of everything.
