Had a car rental yesterday booked, called to confirm and they had none available. Was told to wait and I would get a call as soon as one arrived. After 3 hours waiting and 30 min past my appointment I called back and my reservation was cancelled due to it being after my reservation window, yet I was told I would get a call back and helped with this. That never happened. Thank you Avis Car Rental for saving the day. Will likely not return to enterprise after this horrible customer service experience. Thankfully Avis was there to save the day and they booked me right away, they didn't have a small car so I got a jeep from Avis for the same price as a car. If you are looking for great customer service shop elsewhere because enterprise doesn't care if you get a ride or not.

Usually I have no complaints but when I arrived for my reservation there were no cars available and a lobby full of people waiting. The girl was doing a great job handling the mess, but I had to wait 45 minutes to get into something. They made it right tho, put me in an awesome upgrade and even refunded my gas. Great work enterprise and thank you! I won't go anywhere else!!!

I had rented a decked out Lincoln mini van and had several days before it was due back when they called and said I needed to bring it in cause it was due for service. First of all they knew I had the van for 30 days when they rented it to me so how did they not know it was due for service during my contract? I took it to the Saginaw location because they're the ones that called me, only to be told I had to take it to Bay City (I live in Bridgeport)! I did go all the way to Bay City and thought that for my trouble they'd give me a really nice vehicle, or at least as nice as the one I rented. They gave me an older model, very basic mini van..nothing like I had rented. I then requested they give me a pickup truck instead and they refused. I won't use them anymore

I was in a car accident right in front of Enterprise. A new driver pulled out right in front of me. One of the agents saw everything. After they towed my car away, I walked into their store and Stephen Meadows handled everything for me. I was still shaking and very upset. He called the insurance company for me, gave me a free upgrade and had me on the way home very quickly. The entire staff was very professional! They gave me a glass of purified water & even filled up my water bottle for me! WOW!! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!

Enterprise was great it was a Thursday just before the weekend when they have all good deals and they go quickly but they had just what I was looking for and at an affordable price. They also took a prepaid Debit card , I didn’t much care for the $deposit but it was issued back to my card upon the return and the $ was back on by Monday which wasn’t bad. I would recommend them and would rent a car again.

This location went above and beyond for us! Bay city location told us the day of our bachelor party that the truck we rented wasn’t going to work out. Saginaw location didn’t have a truck either but they called around everywhere until they found one for us last minute. SO grateful for the good people that work here

Jill did the best she could to accommodate us. She was able to put us in a vehicle and let us know we could exchange it if we weren't happy. Thank you, Jill for going above and beyond. Edited 4-24-21 Apparently Enterprise really wanted me to correct my review. So, here it goes. This isn't going to turn out well for Enterprise. Upon arrival to the Bay Rd site, I found out that they were out of "cars" but, was able to put me in a "truck". What wasn't explained was that the truck is double the price of the car. My insurance company covers up to a certain dollar amount per day and then a total amount cap. Now, Jill put me into a truck because they were out of cars. However, she failed to mention that the cost of the truck was significantly higher than the cost of a car. What she did say was, she's able to keep the price of the truck under the allowed daily reimbursement from my insurance company. This allowed me to keep the truck rental for 24 days. However, due to the failure of her informing me the price difference, I would have been able to stay in a car rental for an additional 10 - 14 days. Instead, I had to turn the rental truck in before my vehicle was repaired. I really could have used the extra 10-14 days. In addition to this, Jill verbally said to bring the truck back on Empty. Due to the inconvenience of not having a car rental, that Enterprise would take care of the refueling. When I returned the truck it had more than a quarter tank of gas left. Jill wanted to charge me $87 to refill the tank. After she denied saying that she never said Enterprise would refill the tank, I promptly drove the truck to the nearest gas station and filled it for $60. Then Jill wanted to charge me for an additional day! Even after I played a voice-mail over and over from them to return the truck on a specific day, in which I followed their instructions. Jill claimed I kept the truck one day over the allotted time. Jill instantly took the amount out of my credit card on file. Needless to say, Enterprise wanted me to edit my review, well this is it. Completely disappointed 😞

The woman who helped me was awesome, I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout-out. Anyway, I booked a car for my trip but they didn't have any available at the time of pick up so they upgraded me for free. They gave me a 2020 Durango, it was absolutely beautiful and drove like a dream! It got pretty good gas mileage too. I will definitely rent a vehicle from them again.
