Bought 2 LG K 92 5G phones. On the payment plan with THEIR contracted provider. Paid 200 dollars to start services with the company and another 150 for the payment plan on the phones.Had the phones 7 days and one if the phone quit working after store hours. I was told to bring it into the store the following day only to be told that because the phone was a lease and was 8 days past purchase that i would have to pay ANOTHER 150 dollars to get a replacement phone because its not their responsibility because its leased. The only lease that THEY offer. Through the company THEY use. I am a disabled woman and live a half hour away from the store. I wouldn't recommend them. They act as though their customers are not their priorities and never know answers to any questions. I wouldn't do business with them again. Bad customer care.

I asked for a lg stylo 6 phone case with tempered glass screen protecter and they got it out we paid the glass was "stolen" and we only got a partial refund for returning everthing the people in there were dumber than dumb they had 0 brains and didnt know a thing about phones and what case its compatible with they tries giving me an iphone 8 case to try but it dont work.

I've had my phone for 2 years now. Been paying for mobile hotspot all this time. Never had a problem with it. Now it won't let me connect. Called my local cricket wireless and they tell me that I have to get a new phone. That I only had hotspot free during the covid pandemics. I tried to tell them that I've had hotspot since I got my phone. They asked what phone I had, its a samsung galaxy halo. They said it was not on the list. I looked it up on my cricket app and it was grandfathered in. If I'm paying for something all this time, I want my service. If not pay me back or give a new phone for the trouble.

I called and wanted to purchase a hotspot device. They said sure come on in we can take care of you. So I did. I drove the 40 minutes to come purchase my device only to find that Mr. Salesman didn't even check to see if they had any more. And I was told there was nothing they could do in any way to compensate me or give me any deal on anything else for wasting my time and driving 40 minutes to buy nothing. Cricket is a great service but they don't seem to be able to find anybody that has a brain to work for them.

This was, bar-none, one of the worst experiences both with cellular provision and overall customer service I've had in my life. Spectrum Mobile is unable to provide SIM provisioning for most non-smart phone devices (cellular WAN routers, etc.) so I was told to give these folks a shot for cost savings. You get what you pay for. Let's begin with that. While polite and courteous enough, these people clearly do not know what they are doing. My account was set up and I was billed for the first month and $10 for a SIM before they could confirm that the service functioned at all. Soon as I got the SIM into my device, it lit right up, but, even with an "unlimited" data plan, CRICKET BOTTLENECKS DATA TO A CRAWL. This is actually a fine-line policy we had to dig for to determine (see attached image; Cricket's service using AT&T towers on top with legit AT&T on bottom). I immediately, on the spot, indicated the issue to Heidi, the service rep, and she started playing this game of how she understood cellular technology in this application but clearly didn't know any more than my grandmother (sorry, Gramm; you're amazing!). We spent the next 45 minutes in CHAT with her franchise tech support (yeah, they have to use chat like the rest of us) and their policy is evidently no refunds. Even for selling service that doesn't work. I ended up having to lodge a complaint with my credit card company and it took three back and forths to get my $95 back. It's just a matter of principle. Don't come here. For anything.

Always only 1 person in the store so the wait is ridiculous. They don’t have a cash payment center so no choice but to wait! People are generally nice but slow as can be! I advise to find a service with better customer service!

Worse customer service from HEIDI. My mother and grandmother were treated very rudely by this employee. I will be calling for a corporate number or the owner if this is a franchise. This woman obviously is only looking to make a commission and not take care of customers as they are people. Cant believe this store would allow this woman to work there! Insane. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Cricket beat internet and local competition with well stocked products, fair prices and excellent customer service. Kudos to Jeff for his top notch recommendations, making the customers feel welcomed and putting the case and screen protector together. 5 star employee and company!
