Came in for new service from t-mobile to AT&T the second I walked in got greeted and assisted. The manager even gave me 50% for a pop socket because one of their customers kept interrupting us asking questions and being loud but he handled it well and professionally. Didn't expect anything from him for something he can't control

Frances, was friendly, polite and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. In fact I have never had a bad experience at that AT&T. I have seen a different specialist each time I have visited and every one of them are not only personable but have great expertise. You all are a great crew and I wouldn't go anywhere else!

My dad needed a new phone so I went with him to help him pick one out. Noah at the South Airport location was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient and extremely helpful. Very good at his job! Highly recommend.

Jason is the man you want to wait for even if the store is busy he is kind thorough he listens he’s patient and he went through every single option with me I was there for an hour but it felt like it was only 10 minutes he is amazing I love my new iPhone he gave me a great trade-in went through all the different plans and save me some money Jason) is the real deal!!!

This new phone upgrade has been a nightmare! 19 days in and still no resolve! AT&T is not my friend! Finally thought I made headway today but nope another let down when after another 2 hours on the phone with them, the rep never called back to complete the supposed last step. I have 5 trips to AT&T stores and over 12 hours on the phone. And I haven't even got to the part where the bill is wrong yet! I'm just trying to get the brand new phone to make and accept calls. My patience with them has been gone. I'm really considering throwing in the towel giving all 4 devices back and never using AT&T for anything in my life again!

Great visit. Guy I dealt with FANTASTIC. Not all employees there like there jobs it seems, this guy does and it totally showed- friendly, courteous, HELPFUL and funny. One of my best experiences at AT&T by far!! I was there Thursday morning right at 10am. I was in and out & completed all my transactions I wanted/needed to by 10:35ish. AWESOME!!!!!

We needed to replace my 90 year old mother’s iPad, and were lucky enough to get CC to assist us. My mother is not too confident with electronics, but CC went above and beyond to help her get all set up and comfortable with her new iPad. I have bought and gotten assistance in setting up many Apple devices over the years, but CC was the best—friendly, thorough and anticipated everything that my mother might need or have trouble with.
