Scheduled a 3pm appointment last night. Confirmed the appointment today online. Showed up for the appointment 15 min early. Only problem is that the store clerk is out to Lunch until 3:20pm. Well ok then, I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Noah was excellent! Knowledgeable, he doesn’t push the product sale and lets you know the fine details of what you’re signing up and agreeing to. Works with your timeframe. He’s efficient in the very best of ways. It’s evident he takes pride in his interactions with each customer. I watched him help the customers before me, knowing he had three groups waiting right at opening. He didn’t rush nor did he take too long. He addressed each of us politely, thanking us for our patience and setting the expectation that he would soon be taking his time with us as well. Absolutely wonderful customer service all around.

Noah is amazing. great hair and what a smile on that guy! he really knows how to treat people. He reminds me of myself when I was a young strapping lad. I was quite the ladies man back in the 50s. Those were the days.

I have to give a shout out to Noah at the Chums corner go wireless Verizon store. You my friend exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service. You went above and beyond in more ways than I can count to help me on Saturday, March 13th. I watched as you fielded phone calls for other go wireless locations and were screamed at over the phone because of something someone else did at another store in the state. You were so calm, cool, and collected I couldn't help but be impressed by your composure. Your multitasking skills are impressive sir. Keep up the good work.

We had a great experience with Steve! We did not know for sure if we were going to upgrade our phones when we went in, but he was very helpful and we left feeling great with new phones. He was very patient and great to talk to as our old phones took a long time to backup. We will for sure be back to see Steve!
