If I could give this place zero stars I would. I've been going here for 10 years and the service has gotten so incredibly bad I will be going somewhere else. I have been on hold for 5 hrs trying to talk to literally anyone in the pharmacy. I've been on hold since 3pm and it's now 8:23pm and I have been hung up on 3 times! This is not the first time for this non sense. They also guaranteed my prescriptions would be ready by 7:30 last night and it is 8:20 the following night and they still are not ready. They are in stock and have been approved, just won't fill them. Again, not the first time. This has been happening since last year. It takes DAYS to get refills done and sometimes all week for a new prescription. Then there's the fact if I have an issue with a med or a question or concern for my pharmacist, they are literally unreachable. 5 hours is completely unacceptable Walgreens!!! And I still have not been helped!

This location is only open until 10pm, unlike what it says on Google. I have asked them to review their hours on google multiple times, and they keep confirming that it is correct. THEY ARE NOT OPEN AFTER 10!

It seems like they are thinking to close the pharmacy and the store the way they work seems that, We have used more than 10 yrs this pharmacy but it’s the worst time ,though shortages of employees but they don’t pay good to employees so no one want’s

If I could give it a zero I would've, the only reason that it is getting a zero is because of the cashier. I am around 2:30 pm to grab Tide & bleach, like I have always done with my bag place things inside cause I have leg braces & walk with a walking g staff. Little Mexican worker came and asked me if I needed any help, I responded no " I have my own bag" she left & I went on about putting things into my bag, Now I have no clue if she is the manager of the store, her energy, look etc needs work ASAP, she comes with a cart & mind you no carts were in when I cam into the store. Said, that I can use this. I never told her anything, so guessing little Mex went and told her that I was using my own bag. She was very rude, when I told I have my own, she gave me a look like I was just going to steal or whatever. They both judge me to be honest & laugh like it was funny. Your manager I guess she was the Somalian woman, "We don't allow you with your own bags". Ok, I say with a smile " Think I am going to steal it?, still no Nothing just a evil look. She needs to show respect to ppl. They follow me & look. The photo lady went in the back. I am such a sweet woman * didn't like how I was treated. Like a black woman with no, job etc, like I am in there to steal. WOW! I shop at Walgreens all the time and this was very disrespectful. If that is who you have to manage your store, tell a lot ( SHE WAS WAY PROUD TO SHOW WHATEVER POWER SHE THINKS IS HAS TO HER EMPLOYEES etc..Little Mexican as well. I do thank the cashier with the red hair/ she was a sweetie and the only one....JUDGMENTAL..I know this store has a high crime & so does the one by my place & I with everyone gets treated with respect. Pharmacy staff here is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Completely terrible experience filling a prescription with them. I came here on a different day and when I called the store the store says it opens at 6:00 a.m., the sign outside says 8:00 a.m. I'm here 10 minutes past and they still have not opened. So many people have come and gone. Whoever the manager is for the store needs to be fired

Do not ever go here. Ever. I was just on hold with the pharmacy for two hours because my baby was sick and his prescription wasn’t ready yet. I ended up driving there only to see an employee lock the door in my face because “we’re closed due to short staffing.” Number one, corporate apparently needs to pay more since this place has been short staffed for over a year. Number two, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me with this pharmacy. I am so mad. This place is so slow and disorganized. If you need something done fast and right, or even one of those two, please don’t go here.

Severely short stuffed here! Took me 4 days to get simple RX filled, each time I was told it'll take hour or two! Drive through is lately either closed or 1+ wait & they won't bother answering calls. They'd do better closing until they can get workers or tell customers it could be days to get help which is the truth! . Most of their staff don't seem customer service oriented either. I'd take my business elsewhere.

Worst Walgreens customer service in the metro. I frequent Walgreens for quick stops for misc. items and filling my prescriptions. This location always has the worst customer service and longest wait times if you need to use the pharmacy. I've had medication being delayed for several days after my doctor has called it in - I get it if its understaffed, and I need to wait until the next morning, that's fine. I had a kidney infection, and I had my medication sent to this location, I had to call and plead for them to fill it that day (after already waiting over night into the next business day) so I could start healing. I feel like if a medication is sent from an ER department, those should be taken priority, no matter who's it is. The wait times to get a hold of a pharmacist or someone working in the department - expect to sit on the phone for a solid 40 minutes, that is if they don't hang up on you. Tried to pick up a prescription, they refused to give me my medication because my ID was expired, clearly it is me. I can show you other items that have my name on it but then the guy was like "you can use anyone's ID" so... I was like I can go outside find someone hanging around here bring them in and you'd give me my medication. He was like yes, technically if they are with you and it's valid. Mind blown. Tried to order photos for instore pick up, which the advertise "day of pick up" next available pick up time for photos, 12/25.. 3 days from now. Clicked a different location in Eden Prairie, can pick up in 5 hours from now. Save your self the headache and time and go to a different Walgreens than this one - because this one is just all around awful.

This review is for the pharmacy only. I had to transfer prescriptions from CVS when my insurance changed. It was a huge hassle to get in contact with this Walgreens to initiate the transfer. Phone hold times are crazy long. I've put up with the insanely long hold times when calling the pharmacy because there's a drive through which is super convenient so I don't have to unbuckle my baby and bring her in. However, lately the drive through is never open. Lines inside can be really long. It takes forever to get a prescription filled. I have a few that are going on almost two days right now.

Went to fill a prescription that my dr sent over and got to the pharmacy only to be met with a rude employee who gave me a wait time of 2 hrs because they had a lot of scripts to type up and then she blamed her employees for not helping. Fast forward 2.5 hours and I call and no one answers. The reviews were right. Don’t go to this Walgreens. I will be having my meds transferred to a different store asap.
