Cannot stress this enough; by far the worst telecommunications company ever. For 5 months we spent our time, energy, patience, and money trying to resolve issues regarding our billing concerns, miscommunication, and out right lies by the sales representatives. There is no company ethics, there is no respect, and no accountability. Sales representative Esteban sold us lies, signed us up for insurance on our phones without our knowledge, signed us up on the AT&T Next Up program without our knowledge. When we tried to contact him 2 weeks later we were told he no longer worked at the store. No one cared to hear us out. Each sales representative said something different and whenever we asked for a manager they always said no one was available at the moment. They told us to call customer service and all I got was long wait times and people trying to sell me other products/services. They promised me and showed me that my average monthly bill wouldn’t be over 200$ and over the last 5 months my bills have fluctuated between 250$-400$. Steve “the manager” only for the title because he showed no respect for me or my concerns and could not take any accountability. He couldn’t even look me in the eyes while hearing me out and consistently tried to speak over me. He even had the audacity to say that our bills weren’t as high as we were saying even though we had the payment statements to prove it. In one day I spent more than 4 hours on the phone with customer service, I spoke to Patrisha and Malik. I was put on hold for most of the time and when I addressed my issues they told me to go back to the store and resolve it. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they said that no one was available and promised they would contact me. Nothing! I called again and finally after an hour and a half I got Jasmine the supervisor that listened and said that she understood, she said don’t listen to in-store sales representatives because it’s all lies and said she was going to try to help us out; only to be put on hold for another hour and a half and then she hung up. The upfront disrespect, lying, and lack of ethics and accountability is disgusting and appalling and I’d go as far to say as fraudulent. That’s why I put in a complaint with the FCC and anyone else with issues should do the same. Meanwhile to terminate my service with them I’m looking at fees around $2,000 for remaining installments while having fronted months of fluctuating bills.

Store employees actively engage in what would legally be considered fraud. They violate company policy, including the 5-key behaviors and conduct transactions in such a way as to avoid reviews. I needed a phone and they openly lied to my face about their inventory and the types of phones I could purchase, not knowing I'm a former employee and know exactly what they are doing could get them fired. I needed a phone same-day otherwise I'd have ordered online. Don't bother speaking to management, they're even worse than the reps. Unless you absolutely need to, I'd avoid shopping here at all costs. Know that you will be lied to and misled every step of the way so that reps/mgmt can meet sales quotas. Despicable. How they avoid lawsuits for consumer fraud is beyond me.

On October 15th at 4:30pm I visited the Union rt22 store where I was greeted with a warm smile, a coffee and a bagel... The purpose of my visit was to potentially upgrade one of my lines... Associates, David, Adrian and Lauren worked together effortlessly to support my needs completely... after 4 hrs of support, phenomenal service and customer experience, i left with the new GalaxyZFlip 4, and 2 other devices from Tabatha, the customer service rep online!! Veronica, Veronica, and Veronica! When you go to the store and want the best experience and professionalism AT&T has to offer you need to have Veronica help you out with all your needs. Hands down the best of the best. She went out of her way and made sure we understood clearly on what we were getting ourselves into and found the best plan to go about it. She treats you as family and wants the best for you. She’s not your “typical” sales rep, she’s caring, understanding, and very professional. From accessories to upgrading, she will make sure your satisfied before you leave. Hands down the best in the area! Thank you again Veronica for going above and beyond for me and my family. Route 22 AT&T is one of my favorite locations because of the friendly faces and relaxed environment. They are very helpful with detailing the phone options I had available to me and explaining the billing cycles. Enjoyable music and clean location.

Store ID: 10741 Visit Date: 9/16/2022 Time: 6:00 pm I preordered (2) iPhone 14 at the Union route 22 store located in NJ and I completely regret it. I had the most terrible customer service experience in my life. The female assistant manager on shift this day was extremely rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional. This manager on shift was outrageously rude to me, my boyfriend, and the associate that was trying to assist us with gathering the shipping information for the phones. The manager kept repeatedly talking over both me and the sales associate that placed the orders for our phones. I was on the phone with an AT&T representative that told me the store should have the capability to modify the delivery options to better accommodate me with the issue at hand. Which was the main reason for the store visit. The AT&T representative was witness to the entire store encounter on the phone. The assistant manager was not helpful with the issue, then she proceeded to tell me to leave the store & to speak to an AT&T rep from outside the store because she wasn't going to assist me. She started to yell at the associates for trying to assist. She proceeded to call the cops on us for absolutely no reason. This is not how you treated any customer that comes into your store and purchased two products of value. We simply needed assistance with tracking/delivery of the phones because of the issue with the shipping carrier. I'm appalled that someone that is so aggressive and unpleasant could hold the title of anything close to Assistant manager. It makes me question the judgment of the General manager for having such a person so ill-mannered and disrespectful hold such a position; as she reflects the direct image of the store. The assistant manager refused to give me or the customer service representative her name. The first representative was able to provide a store ID. The representative also called the store herself to find out the name of the manager on shift this day. But the manager was actively ignoring the calls. A different representative that called the store to gather more details was also unable to reach the store after the incident so I could file a report about my experience at the location. I will be filing a notice of dispute and leaving multiple reviews, and one to the BBB to bring awareness of how loyal customers are treated by management at this store. I will be returning both phones and may consider switching carriers after this horrific experience.

Karen and Sheldon took extreme care of me. They were both very attentive and understanding to my issue. I have been with AT&T over 10 maybe 15 yrs but my main reason for staying is because of Sheldon he takes care of my whole family. Karen knows me when I walk in the door and greets me and makes sure I'm good and I stay a valued customer.

When I got to the store all the customer rep were busy with customers so I understand and soon as the next available rep was done I was next in line to be attended to and I got an awesome service from Lauren who demonstrated accurate understanding of the product and a very professional approach too. The store ambient was very comfortable also.

We went here to activate a new cellphone and get a new sim card that was lost. The place is clean and inviting. Ignacio assisted us in the process that was quick and flawless. He helped us while staying behind a plastic separation for our safety. Fast, courteous and professional. Thank!
