I came in for a sandwich. First time here. I was patiently waiting to be served. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged. A person walked in the door and was taken and served before me. The cashier knew what she did, looked at me straight I. The face and continues to ignore me. I felt discriminated. Had she said sorry or I’ll take you next. No. I won’t ever come back here.

Truly I would give 0 stars if that was an option. DO NOT eat here if you are gluten free or have celiac disease. I first ate here almost a year ago. I ordered a gluten free turkey sandwich, and they said they only had gluten free bagels since they were out if rolls, I told them it was fine. When I got the sandwhich it was on a regular hero, and when I asked the cashier about it she told me that was what I ordered and I never said that I was gluten free, despite telling her I had celiac. She would not refund it or remake it so I had to BUY a new sandwhich. I went back today, almost a year later to give it a second try. I ordered 3 gluten free sandwhiches, she tells me they are out of gluten free rolls and only have bagels left, I tell her it’s fine, as long as it’s gluten free. The sandwhiches come out and they are all on rolls. I tell her I thought it was on gf bagel and she says they are out so they put it on a gluten free roll instead ( which she said they were out of???) I notice that my roast beef sandwhich is marked “seitan” I tell her I ordered the roast beef and tell her seitan is not even gluten free?? It’s a wheat flour and water meat alternative?? She seems annoyed but says that they’re going to remake it. They remake it. It’s on a regular non gluten free roll. I tell her that it needs to be gluten free or I will be so sick. She tells me it’s gluten free and reassures me 4 times, I look in the window and can see the roll that my sandwhich is on. It is a regular non-gluten free hoagie roll as I thought. I left and cried it was so embarrassing. I didn’t get a refund and I couldn’t eat what I ordered. This place is terrible.

It's a hipster version of a bodega and I can't hate on it. Been around forever, service can be little slow but the prices are right and the food is pretty solid.

Great back patio + amazing selection of $9 burger and fries (can substitute regular fries for seasoned fries or sweet potato fries!). Unbeatable hidden gem of Brooklyn. Make this your new go-to for local grub... holla!

was given the wrong flavor of cookie and on top of that it wasn't much of a cookie... it was an actual rock and fully inedible--that thing was either horribly made or had been sitting there for days on end. i'm also not one to ever complain about customer service but man was that man rude! and he filled my iced coffee to probably a bare 70% of the cup's capacity. very sad since most of the stuff on their menu looks fantastic :(

I’ve ordered from here twice and was really happy; they do excellent vegan and vegetarian options! I love the Vegan Tex Mex Burrito. The blended juices are great, the cake I got was pretty good but not stellar, the cappuccino fared better and arrived hot and completely protected from spillage. This is my go-to now for a coffee delivery and a vegan breakfast when I’m not trying to spend too much, I WISH this place was right next to me instead of a mile away!

After speaking to the manger about my previous altercation with the worker Meagan he shocked me saying he saw my first review and talked to her I said I appreciate that and even more that he actually reads the reviews. He then apologized for Meagan behavior and even gave me the tacos I originally came in there to get the staff was so nice and concerned and well the tacos you can see the picture they are so good the picture isn't doing what my taste buds are tasting and thats heaven great food will be back
