This is the best tmobile in the area. I always come for becca. I got home internet, a new s22+ for 800$ off. And she doesnt have you rubning around. I only deal with her.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE THIS STORE IS NOT IN COMPLIANCE WITH TMOBILE POLICIES! The manager of this store refuse to honor a phone exchange arguing that a not-working phone could no be accepted as an exchange for a replacement already sent by the tmobile main office. The manager was very rude even with the tmobile representative and after a 10 min 3 way conversation this manager hang up on us insisting on her denial to proceed with the exchange completely ignoring tmobile rules and policies

Useless Spoke with T-Mobile customer service about a router problem. They recommended I go to the nearest T-Mobile store to get a replacement sim card. Came to this one and the first question they asked was if I purchased the product from them. After I told them it was purchased from another location they refused to help me.

Today i came into the store because I couldn't recieve any emails, Becca was able to set up an extra on my account so I could get emails again. I appreciate the fast and informative service. Because I really needed emails again in order to receive job offers

Posted hours are till 6pm on Sunday. I arrived at 1:40pm. The door was locked, but the showroom was fully staffed. One of the ladies escorted 2 customers to the door and she shook her head at the 3 of us waiting outside. She didn't provide an explanation of if they were closed or what was going on. Was the 1 star warranted? I'll let you as a customer decide.

I went to the store on Memorial Day because my LG phone stopped working. The employee told me getting a new sim wouldn't work because LG is no longer in business. I purchased a new phone at a discount price and went through the steps to transfer data from the old phone to the new one. The employee told me she transferred everything to the new phone and anything I needed would be in the file manager. I checked the file manager and the only items were the ones downloaded in the store. The pictures from 2019-present were not transferred. Some of the contacts were not transferred. Other contacts were transferred without their names. All of my audio files are gone and all of my Whatsapp messages were not transferred either. I've been a customer with T-mobile for years without any major issues but this is definitely the first one. But this situation has shown me that certain things are not communicated throughout the company. The customer reps on the phone say one thing while the employees in the store say something else. I will be filing a complaint after speaking with another employee at the store yesterday. He believed that was the best course of action. On a sidenote the new phone which is a OnePlus was flashing at one point while it was charging. Not off to a good start with the new phone. Edit: To be honest if there is another visit it will probably be at another location or better yet with another carrier. I understand the LG situation caught everyone off guard. The larger issue was making sure the data would be transferred completely and properly which it wasn't. A sorry although with the best intentions doesn't change anything.
