Wish I can give them 0 stars. Worst store ever! Not very helpful at all.. they talk about you in Spanish and they don’t even try to help you. The woman walks away from the front desk and stays in the back office and the man refuses to give you a phone instead of helping you resolve the problem. I had to go home and call T-Mobile customer service just so that they can help me do something that the store should’ve been able to do! The chubby man and dark complexion woman look very lazy! Try a different T-Mobile store because this one is a Waste of time!
