If you don’t want to stand for half an hour or longer waiting to get attention from the associate or a manager in this branch don’t come to this store. They don’t give a single cr@p about you and won’t talk to you until you interject into their chitchat or interrupt other customers visit. I was waiting there for slightly over half an hour and none of the associates nor the manager didn’t ask if I need help, despite me waiting on the chair next to the register. They were just ignoring me until I asked the manager when I will be helped. And since they couldn’t help me because their system was broken (which I highly doubt) this whole visit could have lasted 1 minute tops.

Megan is so pleasant and helpful! She helped my mom and I get a new phone, upgrade, and transfer all my data. We came close to closing time but she did not rush us, and explained every step of the way. She was also super respectful of my service dog! Great service at this location.
